The story of the Andhra University.
Placements: Presently, I'm studying the third year of B.Tech CSE. Oracle is conducting interviews for us, and our fourth-year students are getting placed in Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, etc. The average package is about 6 lacs per annum, whereas recently, a student got an 84 LPA package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old and good-looking. We feel good while roaming on campus because of the ancient buildings and the overall vibe. Our university is completing its 100 years in 2026. We have well-built labs with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is also available in our department itself.
Faculty: The faculty are very good and capable of teaching. Highly qualified professors are available. Regarding exams, we have two mid-term exams of 30 marks each. For every mid-term, they take the average of those two mid-terms for 30 marks. The actual exam is for 20 marks, and the other 10 are for good behavior in the classroom and with lecturers.

Not satisfied with the faculty but good placements in 2023 and 2022 and infrastructure is good.
Placements: 60 percent students are placed in cse course.
The highest package is 15 lakh, the lowest is 2 lakh, and the average is 6 lakh offered in our course.
Amazon, Wipro, and Cognizant companies recruited.
65 percent of students got internships from our course but I don't know in which companies.
Software engineer, developer, etc. are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: College facilities and infrastructure are good. Wifi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are very good.
The hostel is a bit old but the food is great, the canteens are good and the medical facilities are average. Sports and games are available and interested students can participate.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was gold.
This course is curriculum-relevant and making students industry-ready.
Exams are not very difficult and pass percentage may be around 60 to 70 percent, I think.
Other: I chose this course for good placement in MNC companies.
Teaching should be better.
Events are rare; extracurricular activities are there, but no scholarships.

No social life even in 2024.
Placements: The placement in our college is very bad and only 20 or 30% of our seniors have been placed. In our batch, no one has got place yet. Top recruiting companies in our college are Cognizant and Accenture. Roles offered in companies are mostly of special programmer.
Infrastructure: There are no special type of facilities available in the classroom, like Wi-Fi and lamps. They sell like the rat that has just pooped in library. We have to clean our own library with the tested book. We don't have any proper place for even studying .
Faculty: Teacher don't really know what they are teaching and they just look into the textbook and read it. Our course curriculum is good, but they don't give us any privilege to choose our own open electives. Semester exams are quite difficult and pass percentage is above ninety five.

Infrastructure: Classrooms provided for teaching are good. Every individual who is a college student is provided with unique credentials to access the Wi-Fi if applied. Only students who have their respective identity cards or their college registration number can access both the library and labs of the university.
Faculty: In the 1st year of engineering, only scholars are assigned for teaching where teaching quality is good, but after that, remaining 3 years, senior professors are to their respective subject where they are very knowledgeable and quality will be very good. The difficult level of semester exams in my college lies between easy and moderate; only a few days are required to complete the syllabus.
Other: I chose information technology of my own interest. The best things about my course are:
- more job opportunities.
- increased my problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Things I wish to improve about my course are:
- providing general awareness before pursuing it.
- proper guidelines.
Events and fests in college are held rarely.
We cannot expect an excellent campus surroundings but good. Scholarships are available to students according to eligibility criteria.

It is a good college for learning skills and accquring knowledge.
Placements: Nearly 70% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, and Amazon. Around 60% of the students got internships in this domain mostly from TCS and Infosys. Students from full-stack developers are mostly placed.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are average. We have 3 floors with limited classrooms. There is a library and Wi-Fi is also available. Nearly we have 4 labs for our department. Coming to the hostel, the food served is better, and all facilities like medical, and cleaning are provided. But the hostel fee is high.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and provide quality education to us. Students may not be ready for the industry if they do not learn skills apart from the subjects taught in college. Semester question papers are average and the pass percentage is also average.
Other: I chose this course because computer science engineering is one of the best courses in the present-day scenario. Our country needs the most development in technology. So I choose this for my future development.
I would like to make the course more practical to learn than theoretical.
