RLJIT is a great engineering college and a great stage for students to improve leadership skills.
Placements: The placement was a big issue, and it exists even now. Around 5% of the students were placed through campus recruitment. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and 1.2 LPA was the lowest package offered. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TAFE, etc., visited our campus. The college has provided us with references for internships, and we only worked hard for getting an internship to complete our course. I don't remember the stipend offered. A placement cell (R & D team also) is present in the college. They were very efficient in inviting companies to the campus. But, the students' overall development is poor, and students lacked innovative ideas. VTU's syllabus is also to be blamed. The students should think and act according to the requirements of the companies. Being only a studious and book worm won't fetch much in the outside world. There is a demand for skills and only doing hard work won't take us to higher places. To achieve big, we must think big. RLJIT and its teaching faculty were a great source of inspirations for me personally. They have taught us morals and human values, and how the world outside college works, how important it is for us to build a career and not just getting a job.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in RLJIT were good. We were provided with free Reliance Wi-Fi facility, and it was a great initiative with respect to the central government's Digital India scheme. I was a mechanical student, and all the labs related to mechanical engineering were well-equipped and were of great quality too. Safety was never compromised whatsoever. Libraries had a great collection of all the required books from those written by local authors and not limited to books written by international authors. It was a knowledgeable section of our college. There were good medical facilities for all students keeping in mind the emergencies that could take place. A nurse was always present during college hours. All kinds of sports were supported and appreciated. Labs were of high standards and classrooms were equipped with all the required facilities including projector and screens. In the canteen, good quality and healthy food was provided, and we had enjoyed a great taste. I was a day scholar, and according to my friends who lived in hostels, it was a great place, and all the cross ventilation was taken care. There was no infrastructure related issue from my perspective.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members were very knowledgeable and a great source of inspiration. They were great mentors too. They guided us to get on the right path. Teaching quality was great, and the atmosphere in which we studied was like in a Gurukula. The student to faculty ratio was 75:1. There was a local guardian allotted to every student to take care of their overall growth. Industry exposure was not provided.
Other: There were many events conducted on the campus. Fresher's party and farewell events were conducted. College day, Engineer's day and all other festivals were celebrated. The campus crowd was always high. The college connectivity is good. The campus is huge. Scholarships were provided to many eligible and also non-eligible students. There were many extracurricular activities including sports and other competitions.

It is the number 1 college outside Bangalore.
Placements: Placements by companies like Infosys are held in our college. A minimum of 70% of students get an internship, which is so good.
Infrastructure: The college is so good, the infrastructure is awesome, and you will have an excellent experience. The labs are well maintained by the attendees. The area of our college is around 120 acres, which is so large. You can enjoy the student life, there's also a big playground. There are 2 playgrounds, it also contains a swimming pool, basketball court, football court, tennis court, cricket ground, handball court, kabbadi court, etc. The buildings are well constructed, the parking is also so excellent and displays manner. I highly recommend this college for your education.
Faculty: Teachers are so good and friendly in our college. They teach us so well and are friendly. They teach you to prepare for competitive exams and internship interviews. They clear all your doubts so calmly, they are so experienced which is so good.
Other: The cultural activities are excellent in our college.
