College is good for low budget students but the placement is not as you want.
Placements: The placements are not good. The number of companies which came for placements is too low. The companies which visit the college are not good. The number of students who are getting placed is too low, and students do not prefer to work in that low profiles.
Infrastructure: The building of the college is good. It can handle numbers of students easily. The number of classrooms are enough, and they provide department-wise classrooms separately. It has a lift, but only staff and particular students can use it. Wi-Fi is available, but the service is not good in terms of connectivity and speed.
Faculty: The college has civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer engineering courses for bachelor level. Diploma is only available for mechanical and civil. M.Tech is available for civil only. The quality and teaching skills of staff are not good.
Other: College day and ethnic day are conducted once a year.

One of the best colleges for engineering in Bangalore.
Placements: Well, to be honest, you get the good companies here knocking the doors, but your aggregate and the personal skills must impress them. A few companies like IBM, Wipro, Honda, etc., visit the campus for the students. The job fair too was conducted in this college last year, which helped a lot of the students to secure the jobs.
Infrastructure: One of the best infrastructure in Bangalore. It's new college with the modern machinery and the modern security system. All the laboratory items are new. There are CCTVs available covering almost every corner of the corridor. The cafeteria is well-maintained and hygienic.
Faculty: The top faculty members are available on the campus. The faculty members are friendly, easy to understand, and experienced in both practical and theoretical basis. They are always present, and always available for the help of the students. They are punctual and intellectual. This college has the top professors with vast experience and good experience skills.

An honest review. Good faculty.
Placements: Placements are good only for CS and EC department. But for mechanical and civil, the number of companies recruiting are very few. So I suggest if you are looking for core jobs, this college is not for you. I hope the placement officer of this college tries a little hard to focus on bringing core companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is developing day by day. When I was studying, there were not many classrooms but now they have expanded the college premises and added new facilities like gym, basketball court, and one more seminar hall. The classrooms and labs are good when compared to that of government universities.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good, that's one of the pros of studying in this college. They help us anytime and they make sure that we score good marks in the internals. All the HODs are student-friendly. The faculty members also encourage us to take part in extracurricular activities and will give attendance for the same.
Other: Don't join if you are looking for placements and the hostel facilities are the worst. If you live nearby then I strongly recommend you to join this college. But the library facilities is worst when compared to that of the other colleges.

Other: Boring college. No cultural, forget fest. Too many outsiders. The principal is the cost effective guy. Who doesn't let you use electric power? Below average students. It's better to join government college than this. It's just a college where you can get a degree just for the sake of getting it. Not for serious ones. Nor for pork is too, no fun life. Students here have Aesthetics sense low and boring lifestyles. I joined it because of cet rank. The last thing gets a seat in better college money doesn't matter in 2 years you will earn it back, but college life will be lost if you join this.

Other: I enjoyed my life at VVIT. Got awesome friends in my life. Had a good experience from different kind of people. But the placements are very bad comparatively. It hope it would grow better by days. Mechanical branch staff were good and very friendly. They are same with us now too.

A:

Is BE/BTech at Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology (VVIT) Worth the Investment?

After analyzing the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's what emerged:

Placement Record: The placement record varies across batches, with some seeing around 70% of students getting placed, while others report a lower figure, ranging from 35% to 65%. The highest package offered ranges from INR3 Lacs to INR12 Lacs per annum, with an average package of around INR3 Lacs to INR4 lakh. The library has a vast collection of books, and the college has invested in smart boards and projectors in classrooms.
