Good college for people who work hard, but people who want to enjoy engineering need to rethink.

Placements: Mostly, software development companies visited the campus for placements, and placements are good only for software courses. Placement training is also provided by the college. Every year, 75% of the students are offered placement. Raging will be there only for the first semester, later everyone becomes familiar with each other. The support from the seniors is good. The college provides internship, but no stipends are provided. Salary packages for the students who got placed are okay. The colleg...

Dissatisfied because of the placements.

Placements: Only 50% of the students got placed when compared to senior batch. The companies recruit low no of people. The companies like Infosys, CTS and Wipro recruits less. Most of the companies recruit for the post of technical assistance. They provide placement training to students of RMK, RMD and REMKCT.

Satisfied because of the faculty, placement in 2016, and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are too good, and more than 25 to 30 seniors have placed with the high salary packages. In one day campus, many of the seniors are placed, and in last passed out batch, my sister also got placed with high package company. This year more than 120 companies came and visited for placements.

Very strict and satisfied with the facilities.

Placements: The placements are good in my college. When compared to senior batches, it is a bit less chance of getting placement in a reputed organisation. Starting salary is 3 lakhs per annum. Management arranges many training programs for the placement students. Top companies like CTS, TCS, Infosys, IBM, Wipro, L&T, and other corporate companies have been visiting for many years.

Good college to gain perfect knowledge and manners.

Placements: In our college, many students are placed in top MNc companies, and the salaries are offered above 2 lakhs per annum. The companies are Wipro, CTS, l&T, Infosys, kIT and TVS almost 80% of the students were placed and there is an opportunity for every student to attend the placements. Before placements, we have the training sessions.

RMK college is the right medium for the career.

Placements: Overall, the placements were good for our batch. The management provided us various grooming classes from the first year so that people get well-equipped at the time of interview. Every year, within first 3 days of placement drive, 600-800 people get placed on top most companies.

The college is well-satisfied with the good discipline norms.

Placements: The placements in this college are excellent, and mostly the placement percentage will be above 90%. The students will be getting their internship offer based on their interview performance. The students, who got placed here will be directly getting their job offers, and they will not be asked to go for the internship.

A place to build your career.

Placements: The placement records of the college are excellent. Above 95% MNCs like Infosys, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Wipro Technologies offered more than 2000 opportunities to the students in campus placements. Dream companies like Amazon and Dell recruited the students. Other than these, dream companies such as MRF, Daimler, Kone and TVS recruited many students from the mechanical engineering department.

A short review about my engineering college

Placements: Almost all the students who are eligible for placements will get placed for sure. Most of the leading IT companies are recruiting the students from this college. But on the core side, the placements are a little less compared to IT side. However, if you have a good percentage, you can be placed in the core companies.

A college with very good placement, decent infrastructure, and good faculties.

Placements: The placements were really good. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, and Infosys took a lump of people who cleared their semesters. But still, many students with arrears weren't allowed for a few companies where they didn't ask for arrears. Overall, they made at least 95% students placed from their side. Other 5% were those students who didn't take the placement seriously.

It can be an engineering school instead of a college

Placements: Our college was meant for placements. In 2016, about 2200 students were placed but when coming to the next academic year, it had a sharp decrease to 256 students. Even in those 2200 students, it was difficult to survive for them in the IT corridor because of the lifestyle in our college. About 60 companies visited the college and in those, 3 companies (called day-1 placements) would take 1500 students and it would be difficult for them to survive. But the only thing is that people will get some ...

Happy because I got placed. Tasty food for 4 years

Placements: * In my batch nearly 80% of students got placed and mostly all got placed in IT companies which includes me. If you want to get placed in a core company, you need to have the college help you more in all the ways. They put 200 percent effort to place each and every student. * My senior batch placements were at 90%. * The lowest salary was 2.5 lakhs and the highest salary was 12 lakhs.

All is well. Good infrastructure, good circumstances, good food, good rapport for the college

Placements: If there are no arrears at the time of placements, then there is no need to worry about getting placed in a good company. RMK is a brand for all, they will train you entirely in the way of speaking, making everyone to mingle without any fear, how to react and respect the people etc. A mock interview will be conducted in the college itself so that people will come out the fear and know about the weakness in their technical knowledge, which are valuable tips at the time of placements.
