It is a good college, especially if you only want to study.

Placements: Placements in top branches like CSE, ISE and ECE are very good. Even in CSE, the average salary package offered in 2020 was 16 LPA. The aerospace branch does not have good placements. The only good company that visited was Airbus that hired only a few students. For CSE students, placements are guaranteed even if you are an average student.

It is an awesome college with well-educated faculty members.

They offered a maximum salary package of 50 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 2-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Atlassian, Microsoft, etc. Around 20-40% of the students got an internship from our course in companies like Sarla Technologies and HyreFox Consultants. It is a good and well-managed college.

Placements: The biotech branch mainly focuses on R&D, so placements for core companies are less. We need to focus on the higher studies part than the corporate part. Even though biotech is an emerging field, opportunities for it in India are comparatively less.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members and exam pressure, but there are good placements.

Placements: Most of the placements are provided in IT companies. Few students got selected for core profiles also. The highest salary package offered was 17 LPA, and it was provided by Visa Card, and the lowest salary package was offered by IT companies like Cognizant, Infosys, etc. The lowest salary package offered was 3.35 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 5.5 LPA.

It had good placements in 2017, decent infrastructure but not for students interested in research.

Placements: Computer science department in RV College of Engineering had stellar placements in terms of salary packages. People from our department got placed in software development positions in top tech companies like Walmart, Adobe, etc. But there was a lack of entry-level research positions.

It is a good college to join, and the exposure is also good.

Placements: Placements here are above-average if you give some efforts. The salary package offered depends on our skillset and branch. Branches like CS, IT and ECE have the best placements, but core companies are less. There are enough opportunities to get yourself placed.

98% placements in top companies.

Placements: As a placement coordinator of RVCE, I can say that it is one of the best colleges for students aspiring for good placements after their graduation. The college ensures almost 98% placements in top companies (both MNCs and startups). Placement training starts from 4th semester onwards so that students are ready by the time they have to face placements.
