The excellent place for learning and sharing. The placements are good.

Placements: I got placed in an IT company. There were a lot of companies that approached our college with a decent salary package. Also, our college is well-known for the IT placements than core placements. But we have competent placement records in core companies also.

A place to mould you because the world needs you.

Placements: The placements from the core companies are good enough in REC. The reputed biomedical core companies are hiring the freshers with the good packages. More than 893 students got placed in the current batch as of now. The salary packages range from 12 LPA to 2 LPA. REC has a wonderful placement cell. It gives training to the qualified students batch-wise.

Rajalakshmi Engineering College review.

Placements: Placements were mostly in the IT field. TCS was one company where most of the students were placed. There were no placements here when it comes to the core automobile or the mechanical field. Only, Ashok Leyland and Sundaram Clayton were the only two core companies which came for the placements here. They selected only one student in the whole department.

Good infrastructure and faculty members, but the placements are a bit low now.

Placements: As far as the placements are considered, there is not much to talk. They don't have the best campus placements, but they are not that bad either. They show the truth about the placements and tell the students frankly about them and keep them updated. If you are a good engineer with required skills, you may get a job here.

REC is good, but aeronautical department is not.

Placements: The placements are good compared to many other private colleges, Wipro, TCS, IBM, John, BYJUs, Sutherland and TVS. The packages from 2 Lacs per annum to 10 Lacs per annum are offered. The placement department tries the best to make everyone gets placed in an IT company, not all get placed in core field. Good placements are there for IT and CSE students, for others, it is not much. The college people are not open-minded and don't respect the opinion of students too.

A new autonomous institution.

Placements: The placements for the year 2018 was really good. But on comparing with the previous year, its slightly on a fall. This year TCS recruited only around 350 students and this year Tech Mahindra did not show up. Wipro shortlisted only 7 Students this year. There are many startups and marketing based companies showing up this year which is awesome. The placement cell in REC is the best with the director Mr Philip doing a great Job. They arrange an Employability Camp for the third year students for a...

Zoho, Vernalis, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, of, Sutherland, just dial, Maverick, premature, Software developer, BPO, KPO, GET etc. visit our college every year. Our college has a placement cell.

REC - A place to mould you beacuse the world needs you.

Placements: The placements in the college are that around 90% of all clear candidates got placed in good companies. The placement cell also arranges for the non-campus drive to increase the proximity of providing 100% placements. The highest salary package for the year is up to 7 LPA, the lowest package was around 2.95 LPA, and the average package would be around 3 - 3.5 LPA which is decent enough for a fresher. Moreover, there were people who could grab an opportunity through the internship in machine lear...

A review on one of the top most colleges of the Chennai city.

Placements: The placements in our college are very nice. Most of the students get placed in the leading companies in the city, and most of them are satisfied in their career. They get good salary in their job, and due to the placement, their life is well settled, and they are enjoying it.

REC is the best place where one can get knowledge and can enjoy his/her college life to the fullest.

Placements: The placements for our batch went well as many of my colleagues and seniors got placed in good IT companies and their corresponding core companies as well. We will get more dream offers where we will get till Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. In the other regular offers, we will get like Rs. 3 lakhs per annum to Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. We got more reputed companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho, Amazon, Embedur, Kaar Technologies, BYJU'S, etc.

It was fun, but bad not too great compared to other top colleges.

Placements: The placements were really good. But, the number of people placed was really less compared to the number of students that the final year batch had. The placements weren't that great as 80% of the students don't get placed.

This is the college that fulfills your dream job.

Placements: The placements and the training offered for the campus are excellent here. Almost 80% of the students got placed in some of the other companies that are either product based or service based. Some top core companies in the field of IT and mechanical visited here. The job roles offered were different from each company. The placement cell in REC works excellent for the welfare of the students and to get them placed.

Good college for studying if you wish to go for higher studies.

Placements: The placements were good when I started my degree, but currently, it was down. TCS is the major recruiter and several companies come for placements & Zoho will be the dream company for CSE & IT students. Many valuable pieces of training will be offered to the students subjected, and they did not have any standing arrears during 6th semester. Around 60% of the students are placed with salary package ranging from 8.5 CTC to 3 CTC.

The college is good for hard-working students.

Placements: IT and CSC stream have the considerable placement. In aeronautical, TCS is the only company recruiting that to only six members got placements with the salary of 25K per month. Wipro includes the interview process but no history that they selected in the aero stream. The other companies like Just dial and Uber offer the jobs in the marketing sectors. Overall, at the end of the college, almost 90% of the students got placed. TCS is the only company a mass recruiter, and Zoho, Amazon, L&T, Ashok L...

A wonderful place to study and learn many things.

Placements: It is one of the top colleges on the list of most number of students placed in an academics year. Top MNCs have the alumni of REC. In my batch, more than 75% students got placed. Zoho and Rane are the top companies that conduct the placements for MBA. The roles offered are based on their performances in the interview. Even I got placed on-campus with one of the good companies.

This college is neither strict nor lenient. If behave good and decent, this college is the best.

Placements: More chance of getting placed if there is no arrear. 70% would get placed in Tata Consultancy Service, and other 20% would get placed in some famous companies. Internship contacts are available with the respective department faculty. General advice not to have the history of arrear even one history could make you ineligible candidate for most companies.

Computer science engineering in REC - a 5 start rating!

Placements: REC has had great placement records for years. Almost 90% of the students get placed in top corporates. That's the reason we opted to do our engineering with REC in 2012. For the batch of 2012-2016, there were numerous placement opportunities. Almost everyone got placed in a top company. Coming to the salary band of companies that came to recruit, the highest was 7 LPA by Zoho Corporation and the lowest was 3 LPA by a startup. There were about 99 companies that came to recruit, where about 1000 ...
