It is a very good college for those students who are not good financially.
Placements: I am still in 2nd year. My branch is civil engineering. Many reputed companies visit our college and conduct interviews. They offer good packages for every branch. Mostly, the IT branch students got placed easily. The salary package offered by Byju's in the previous year was 11 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provides the best infrastructure and facilities among all Rrajkiya engineering colleges. The library facility is available in our college. Our college provides Wi-Fi to students and faculty members for study purposes. We have a canteen, medical facilities, a sports club, an art club, and a mess. You will get every facility at a lower fee. It is one of the best colleges for B.Tech students.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and reputed. The way of teaching is awesome. Our college achieved good results in semester exams and class tests.
Other: Annual sports, fests, and cultural functions are conducted in this college. Clubs conduct a variety of extracurricular activities that are monitored by faculty members. It is the best college for the B.Tech course.

Review of Rajkiya Engineering College Bijnor.
Placements: Students are eligible for internships and placements from their 3rd year. Some students get placed in the second year also, depending on their skills. TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some other less famous companies visit the campus and provide good packages to the students. More than 60% of students get placed every year. The scope of placements is very low for civil students, but IT and EE students can get placed easily. The highest package offered was 12 LPA last year in the IT department, and the average package was between 3-4 LPA. I want to go into the IT sector.
Infrastructure: Spandan is a very enjoyable moment for all of us every year. The cultural cell organises many fests and programs. Evey year, music contest, poem contest and many more from time to time. Spandan is held in February-March. There are 40,000 journals in the library, as the faculty says, and almost every type of book, magazine, literature, and engineering books, everything is available. The classrooms are good, having white and green boards, smart class and AC facilities, projectors and LED screens. The halls are very big. Sports and extracurricular activities are held in our college. A sports fest is held every year, where cricket, badminton, football, tennis, chess and volleyball are played. There are many clubs and a student grievance cell for the help of students, other photography and musical clubs.
Faculty: I chose this course because I was alloted in the last round. I wanted B.Tech degree in electrical engineering, but I got this. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. The college staff are good enough and well qualified. They are M.Tech and PhD holders from different IITs like IIT BHU, IIT Kanpur, M.Tech from different NITs, and almost all are M.Tech and PhD holders. The teaching methods are good. Some aren't much good but okay. Exams are held according to the AKTU brochure. The calender is provided already, and sessionals are held every 6 months by AKTU University Lucknow.

Review of Rajkiya Engineering College Bijnor.
Placements: When it comes to civil engineering, there are a few companies, and those companies prefer tier 1 and tier 2 colleges. In 2016, no construction companies came, and companies like Wipro, TCS, and other IT companies visited the campus. The highest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The construction of the college was completed in 2015 so we were the first batch to pass out from the newly made Bijnor college. i.e., 2016 batch. Infrastructure is good, but there is no cricket ground, and classes are spacious. Hostels are good and a room is shared by 3 students.
Faculty: Teaching faculty is as good as other colleges in this category. Civil engineering lecturers were good, well behaved, and helpful. Semester exams are pretty good, they set the studying environment during exam time. Civil engineering curriculum needs to change to current industry standards and internships are to be given more emphasis. APJAKTU civil engineering curriculum teaches us outdated methods and techniques of construction and there is no curriculum on construction management.

It is a good college but is far from city. There is no transport facility at night.
Placements: Some students of the IT branch get selected. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, etc., visit the campus for recruitment. But other branches get only degrees. If you want to learn something, your college will help you to do this.
Infrastructure: We have facilities like electricity, water supply all time available except emergency. There are well-furnished classrooms, labs, and hostel rooms. Food served in the hostel is arranged according to time table. Vegetarian food and egg are available according to time table. The entire campus and hostel are Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: Maximum teachers in our college are M.Tech and Ph.D. holders. Teachers have good knowledge but multiple roles are given to one teacher. So extra classes cannot be easily arranged. They only focus on academics. You get prepared for university examinations only. They also organise industrial visits
Other: I opted for this course to get knowledge as well as a degree for qualifying and be eligible to attempting government exams.

Overall, it is a moderate college.
Placements: Only 15-20 students from our course got placed in non-domain companies. All the salary packages offered are below 2 LPA with a bond. Very good companies do not visit our college for placements. Companies do not visit for the civil engineering course. The college is good to get a degree.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi facility is available for students. The college provides Simple and good classrooms. There are a very large number of computer labs. The hostels are like government college. The library facility is good. Just a drawback of sports facility is not good.
Faculty: Regular teaching staff members are good and cooperative. Faculty members are very good. Some of the regular faculty left their jobs. Our HOD is quite good and responsible. The course curriculum is decided by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. AKTU is working good day by day.
Other: Events organised at our college are very limited. The market distance from our campus is about 1.8 kilometres.
