It is a good college with good infrastructure, experienced faculty members with better practical exposure. Most of the faculty members are PhDs and rest are M.Tech. Free area or land is more especially for survey practical. Other labs are also big equipped with all the relevant heavy machines. Placements are excellent. If somebody doesn't get placed also, he will get a good job anywhere, that level of teaching they deliver.

The infrastructure is neck to neck in competition with the climate (which changes faster), the faculty members are friendly and supportive. College is interesting and exciting, and gives lovely companions. As far as hostel is concerned, its average.

It is a beautifully designed large campus with proper facilities. Situated near Yeshwanthpura railway station (2 KM), you will find everything you need within 100 meter radius of the college. Placement record is up to the mark and the faculty members are good. I would recommend this college to everyone specially the ones who want to pursue their degree from mechanical engineering.

MSRIT is one of the engineering colleges whose name speaks for itself. You name it and it has all those clubs and activities, from Robotics to IEEE MSRIT Branch, from Code MSRIT to multiple cultural clubs. College hosts multiple fests every year and a grand fest "Udbhav", which itself are worth joining. Educational system is extremely good. Every branch has their own separate labs and faculty members are very much helpful. One of the best thing about it, is its location. There are multiple place...

When I studied at MSRIT, it was a part of the VTU board. However, now it has become an autonomous university with deemed status. So whatever I say, may not hold good now. Back then, the good old days as we call it, life was simple and easy. Attend classes of the good lecturers, skip the ones that are not so good, enjoy life during the best years of your life and write exams after fully utilising your study holidays to do well. VTU exams were very easy to handle, and since internal marks were a v...

If you are looking for circuit branches, then it is an amazing college.

Placements: Placements are not bad for software branches, but they are worse for all others. They try to find bare minimum companies around, and potential students search online for placements. Most of them go for higher studies. IT companies are mass recruiters. Finding an internship is the hardest thing because there is nothing from our college, but internships are compulsory.

Placements: In the circuit branches like CSE, ISE, ECE and EEE, our college offers great placements, and almost everyone gets placed in some companies.
