If have a gole for higher studies like M.Tech, then yes do your B.Tech frim here.

Placements: Placement isn't that good. You will get a job that's for sure, but only if you are ready to sit in front of the computer screen for the rest of your career. Yes and if you are super talented then you can nail any job without problem. Saly is quite avg. Like 3.5 to 4 Lacs.

Overall, I was dissatisfied with college.

Placements: In 2017, the number of companies came to our college was very less. So, overall placement is not good. One important thing that in our college is, only IT companies came like TCS. For core branch, there is no scope for placement. So, if you know computer science, then there will be a scope.

The college has the decent faculty and average placements.

Placements: Compared to the other years, the placement percentage has decreased in the last four years. The companies which come to the college rarely recruit a mass number of students nowadays. So, the on-campus placement scenario is a bit bad in the last two years.

Placement in IT Sector is guaranteed.

Placements: The placement scenario is decent when looked in terms of IT placements. The major IT companies like TCS, Infosys will visit the campus for on-campus placements with a bare minimum salary of 3.3 lpa. There are absolutely no chances of getting core sector jobs as no reputed company visits the campus. Though one can try for off-campus placements, the chances are very slim that one get through.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placement in 2017, really bad infrastructure

Placements: Very bad placement record. Only 50 students got placed out of 400 students in the year 2017. The students get an average package of 2-3 LPA. The previous year, the placement record was quite good. The highest package was 10 LPA. But in 2017, the placement wasn't very decent. It is not the fault of the college. The IT sector condition is very bad nowadays.

RCC INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is an average College for Engineering.

Placements: Placements are poor. No Company recruits huge number of candidates from RCC. More number of Companies should be brought to our College for recruiting at a mass rate. Placement Cell should take care about that matter atleast to help students to set their first step towards their career.

I am not satisfied with this college because faculty members are very rude.

Placements: The placements for the last three years were too bad. Very few student got placed in the last two years. Many students till now did not receive their joining letter. Overall, the placements are too bad. Companies like TCS, CTS etc. do not visit the college. The placement cell teachers are very bad. Their attitude is very average. I am not satisfied with this college and I suggest everyone, please don't take admission in this college.

Well qualified faculty, moderate placement and less fee. No hostel and playground.

Placements: Placement opportunity is neither too good nor too bad If I talk about this year i.e. 2017 batch. No on-campus drive happened but all the companies like (TCS, IBM, Cognizant, Kirti, Capgemini) come to college but not in on campus. For previous batches, LPA (before 2016) placement was decent but not too good for 2017 batch. The package offered is on average 3.LPA. For internships, students themselves need to look forward and search for that.

First of all, this is a private college, so as of now there comes a very few core companies (not so reputed or to be more precise no core companies in some sense). Now as far as academic outlooks are concerned, the infrastructure is moderate, small campus, poor canteen, no hostel facility and moreover no playground for outdoor games. Now for academic activities, the teachers are very interactive and very helpful. The placement cell does nothing for students, you will not get any training facilit...

The college is not good. Once it was very good college. That's why I got admitted in the college. But the college has failed to fulfil my expectations. Worst teaching. Worst Facilities. Worst Placements. Apart from the degree, it was a total waste of my 4 years.

It is an average college. Previously it was one of the best college in Kolkata. I joined that college hoping that it would provide a good campus facility. But that did not happened. Teachers were good. Teaching environment was average. I passed my b.tech degree from this college.

It's a good college. There is very much good relation between students and teachers though faculty members are not above average but some teachers are really good and they are inspiring. It’s a ragging free campus. The juniors and seniors are really good. You feel like a family. You will get placement if you have 60 % throughout. Overall it’s a good college.

Don't take admission for college life.

Placements: Placement opportunities have been relatively limited this year, with the average package offered currently standing at 10 Lacs INR. While this may be below expectations for some, it's important to focus on skill development and networking to improve prospects.

Moderate faculties but they delay everything.

Placements: One hundred fifty students are placed. INR 12 lakh per annum is the highest salary; INR 6 lakh per annum is the average, but it does matter from year to year. TCS and Microsoft are the companies that recruit major students. 90 percent of students are recruited. Software engineer at TCS, and many more roles are offered.

Just an ordinary college. Placements are not that good. College life is overall good.

Placements: Very less companies came on-campus. We have to apply for the off-campus drive for getting placed. Core companies never visit campus. They come in pool campus but very less number of companies. At last, everyone goes for IT companies such as TCS, CTS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.

College life is good. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Placements: Some good companies came. They took some good students. They give packages of 6 to 8 lacs. The placement is average. Many students go for GATE and CAT exams.

College is average for computer science and information technology only.

Placements: There is average placement in 2018, but it was better than last year. Some IT companies like TCS, ZS, Extramarks, etc. are visiting in 2019. So, till now, 72 out 420 students got placed from 4th-year batch and the number increases because it is starting. If you are in the core branch, then placement is negligible.
