RCC Institute of information technology is the best college in my point of view. We have got a very good infrastructure, best faculty, and the best campus. In one word, we have got the best facilities. College fest was one of the most attractive events of my college. Except this, there are many other events celebrated in our college. They are- holi celebration, saraswati puja, tech-fest, game of thrones etc. and also a grand farewell was celebrated.

This college falls under WBUT. Present it is ranked as 5th among the top private colleges of West Bengal. Faculty members are good. Placement record is also satisfactory (every year appx. 75-80 %). College has almost all important branches of engineering except Mechanical Engineering. Those who want to study under WBUT and has ranked up to 13000 in WBJEE entrance may try for it.

The college environment is so learning oriented. The teachers are really helpful and always motivating us to do better. The students in my batch are also very friendly. This college is just like your second home. Extra-curricular activities like sports, dance, music, photography, and painting are also encouraged. The placements are very high. I am a 4th-year student, and I am already placed in Tech Mahindra. To be honest, the college needs a proper library, auditorium, and a hostel facility...

Good college but there is lack of infrastructure. The campus canteen is good but not large. Placement is awesome and have good number of students. It is World Bank funded college. Academic lacks modernisation and lab is in good working condition but lacks good lab attender. There is not any ground and don't have hostel too. The college have only 2 buildings.

An underrated college with a lot of potential.

Placements: 90% of students were placed in an information technology course. The highest offered package was INR 13 LPA, and the lowest was INR 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, and Infosys. Most students secured internships either through on-campus or off-campus opportunities.

The top most college in Kolkata at this time.

Placements: There was a minimum of 1LPA to 10 LPA packages offered in our course. Average 75 to 85 is enough to get an internship here in tech companies.

Highly recommended for getting a nice atmosphere to complete the higher studies.

Placements: At about 80% of students were placed in our batch and in our course, that is ECE, at about 66% students were placed. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, TCS were recruiting students from our course. Roles like software engineers and analytical engineers were offered. In our course, the package was not exactly remembered by me but yes the companies were giving a decent amount.

A good college with good facilities.

Placements: Percentage of students which get placed in the electronics and communication engineering department of RCC Institute of Information Technology varies from year to year. Accenture and TCS are some of the IT sector companies which recruit students on campus.

Placements: Mainly mass recruiters company comes to our college like TCS, IBM, Wipro,. U can only get placement on your coding skill. No company come in our college for AIEE, EE, department. If u have coding skill then only u have chance of placement. If want to do coding then only come to this college.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: I am in the ECE department. Our college takes about 120 students in the ECE branch, and out of which I think 80% of student got placed in different MNC companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, PWC, etc. The highest salary package offered by TCS Ninja for some students is 7 LPA. The average salary offered by MNC company is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like PWC and Rakuten visit our campus for placements. Very few students got an internship in Rakuten. But most of the students got a job from the o...

I love my college culture.

Placements: Placements are not good nowadays but before they used to be good than other colleges. Salary offered by the company is too low this year. Many companies visit our college but recruit a little. Before this year, a mass recruiting company visited the college and recruited many.

The college has good infrastructure and lousy placements.

Placements: The placements are not going well this year. The year I joined that is in 2014, the placements were excellent. Almost everyone got placed, but this year only 30% of the students got placed till now. There were no reputed companies visited college like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.
