Placements: 20 students were placed in various companies. The highest salary package is 5 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Nestlé, Zifo, Britannia, and those in the food industry and hospitals were recruiters. 80 percent of students secured internships in these companies, with roles such as dietician, food quality controller, trainee, food analyst, and manager.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good-looking and neat. Labs and the library cover a vast area, though there is no Wi-Fi network available. Classrooms are nice. The hostel is of good quality, and good quality food is available, though the quantity of food should be increased. Medical facilities are available, and sports and games are given importance.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are qualified, with Ph.D.s and good teaching methods. The course is relevant to the curriculum and helps you gain knowledge about the subject. The semester exams can be difficult, but with studying, you can manage them.

Other: I chose this course to become a food quality controller. The notes provided earlier are helpful. Events and extracurricular activities are good here.

My 5 years journey in my RVS college.

Placements: Wonderful placement opportunity. I was placed in 4 companies, dietitian role was the top offered position. Top recruiting companies were VLCC and hospitals, offering the best roles. 80% were girls in this department. Good and satisfying atmosphere, no pressure, all over good.

Infrastructure: Hostel was too good and clean, quality was good in food. Kerala and Tamil Nadu food were separately offered. Sports and games were given extra preference to people who are interested, all extracurricular activities conducted, especially march past was the best.

Faculty: All were useful subjects. Semester exams were not very hard because the staff were so kind and they gave all important notes earlier. It is not necessary to take separate notes. All were guided by staff only, no issues with the studies. 100% of all students were able to study.

Other: Best place.

One of the best college in my life.

Placements: The college is focusing on placement cell. About 50% students placed last year from the previous batch. Highest salary offered was 25000, average salary in my research is 15000. Top recruiting companies includes Zifoinc, biocon, Kmch hospital, avantor etc. We have internships in all the semesters. So we have recieved multiple internship opportunities. Top roles offered for our course are food dietician, quality analyst, research analyst etc.

Infrastructure: Our department have facilitated us good and vast classrooms, practical laboratories with high end equipments and mechineries. We also have Wi-Fi enabled computer fecility and stock library. I am residing outside the hostel. My friends who stay in hostel told it is just average. College canteen provides quality food items in cheap rate. Various sports grounds and games are encouraged here.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful in all needs. They are friendly and advise us and motivate in our studies. They are well qualified and experienced. Course and curriculum is relevant. It maintain the integrity to our course and makes the students ready for the industry. Exams are conducted in each semesters. I felt it quite easy. Minimum percentage is 50.

Other: I completed B.Sc. In food technology. I pursued this to continue my studies in the same field to acquire a better job. Many events are conducted in our department and college. Onam eid Christmas, pongal etc. Are celebrated each year. Many academic programmes were also conducted.

Placements: This course provides fewer placement opportunities compared to other courses. Our seniors got placed in some hospitals as dieticians with a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month. Many students are in higher positions.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our classrooms are average. They have good lighting and seating arrangements. Labs are well-equipped. A huge library is available in our college. A sports ground is available in our college. Our college provides facilities for sports like football, badminton, and basketball. The canteen is good.

Faculty: Our college has good faculty members. They are well-qualified and well-experienced. They have practical knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready.

Other: Our course offers us a variety of opportunities in the medical, food industry, etc. Our college gives importance to all communities, states, and their programs. They organise sports day.
