Below average college life .

Placements: Placements are quite good here. As students enter each year, they will be given training regarding placements every time and will be provided with an adequate resource platform in order to get them into constant practice. There are also courses offered for soft skills.

One of the best college in Chennai surroundings.

Placements: I have placed in BPO, and I did not even collect my call letter. Please bring many companies related to their major domain. The students make use of opportunities like placement, certificate programs, and training. They consider on innovative projects. The college staff will surely guide you.

Overall collge is good for those like to enjoy mechanical department, but dissatisfied of placements

Placements: The worst placement happens for the mechanical department, and we have only 3 placements in the core and few software companies. Some of the students got placed through college management reference, and when compared to M.A seniors we got much more placement, overall around 40% of students got placed.

For IT/CE/EC - 90% faculty is not good. For Mech/che/Elec/Bio - all faculty is good. Only Indian culture allowed and strictly not allowed western culture. Mobile is not allowed. college's building is very good and library's building is awesome. Campus is very good.

It is a very good atmosphere to learn something as compare to other college. If teaching staff can improvise their skill then there will be better improvement in student’s career. Good library facility and college fully we can access internet through Wi-Fi. They are giving assignments to the students which is a waste of time.

S.A. Engineering College is affiliated to Anna University and this college is located 20kms from central Chennai. When it comes to transportation, train services are available at a distance of 7km and the college is situated on the state highway. So there are many buses and autos plying to railway stations and other places. You can expect a decent infrastructure, since as per government norms, they sometimes collect slightly higher fee as a miscellaneous fee. When it comes to teaching, the fac...

I have completed my undergraduate in this college in the stream of electronics and communication engineering. In terms of education, they have qualified lecturers and professors who can guide you. The biggest drawbacks is the campus, it almost looks like a residential area. Apart from studies, there is no room for other activities. Cultural and sports activities are completely in backburner. In terms of placement, in my batch many of my friends are placed not in the campus interviews but mostly ...

The campus environment is good, faculty and facilities are also nice, teaching is good, and the canteen food is hard to digest. Overall, performance of the college is appreciable. The transport facilities are below average. Placements are also quiet good.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty staff.

Placements: Around 35 to 40% of the students from our class out of 56 got placed on campus through recruiting drives. The top companies were Zoho, Mahindra, Sutherland, and Guvi. Roles offered were mostly junior process associate, trainee, junior trainee engineer, and junior electrical engineer.

Review of S.A. Engineering College (SAEC).

Placements: The college does not provide placements for mechanical students. Very bad way of recruiting talented people into a job, who are not even fit for an engineer. Placement records might seem to be great, which is provided by the college, but everything is mostly created fakely. Most of the companies visit our college to just showcase. The college is going to provide a placement cell, but recruitment is the worst part.
