Good teaching, good lecturers and placements are also good.
Placements: The placements are good. Information science and computer science students were getting good placements than other branches. Most of the students got placements in last year and before last year. For the good placements, they are teaching HR classes from the beginning.
Infrastructure: There is a good library where all the books are available for different branches and different types of books also available, and also a computer with internet is available in the library for the students to get more knowledge. In every classroom, they provide projectors for the smart classes, and the sports are also conducted in the college. R&D centre also started in the college for the students to explore their ideas.
Faculty: All the faculty members are good, and all are having good knowledge. Experienced lecturers are available especially in physics and chemistry department almost all are PhD holders in the mechanical department. All the lectures are good, and for the students, well-maintained labs are available in the college.
Other: Ethnic day and Sambrama fest is organised grandly.

Sri Jagadguru Chandrashekaranatha Institute of Technology.
Placements: There are a good placement cell and good training classes, but without our efforts, college can't do anything. The placement of computer science and information science are very good. HR classes are provided by the college which is very useful for attending placements which really helps in cracking interview.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure especially the admin block looks good. The college is situated on 53 acres which is very big and spacious. You will find trees everywhere in the college which is the first ever engineering college to have the eco-friendly campus and good atmosphere.
Faculty: The college provides 6 engineering courses like computer science and engineering, information science and engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, telecommunication engineering and recently aeronautical engineering was also started in the college.
These are the courses provided including MBA, B.Com, BBM, D. ED. Most of the faculty have a PhD degree and has good courses.

The college is okay and the rest depends on your performance.
Placements: The placements are average. Here, you have to attend HR training from the 2nd year, then only they allow you to attend the interviews. Companies are good but not many students get placed. If you have good marks, you will be placed. Many students get placed in TCS from branches like ME, EC, etc. It all depends on your skills and academic marks and how you perform in the interview. Top companies offer a package of 3.5 LPA. Some companies also offer internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is built on 37 acres of land. The college has a good infrastructure and has hostel facility for both boys and girls. The hostel rooms are very good, well-equipped with a chair, cot, cupboard, Wi-Fi, etc, The mess offers North Indian and South Indian food. It is very affordable when it is compared to other colleges. The college has good classrooms and lab. The campus also has a canteen.
Faculty: In this college, the mechanical branch is the best. It has the best faculty. The teachers are not very good in English but have a lot of creative ideas and they make us understand the concept. Our HOD is great, he has a lot of knowledge but his voice is low-pitched. There are 60 students in one classroom. The final year students go for an industrial visit. This college takes internal exams of 50 marks and they calculate the best two average out of 3 internals and they convert it into 25 marks. This is not liked by the students.
Other: The college is okay. Since it is VTU, there is a great value for the certificate. It depends on how you perform but VTU is very strict while evaluation. If you cannot get into top universities and you want to achieve something, join this college but you will have to put all your hard work.
