It is the best college to enjoy your college life.

Placements: It is a degree course, so most of the students either started preparing for MBA, CA, CS and other courses. Out of them, remaining about 60-70% of the students got placed in various finance-related jobs. The highest salary package offered in our course was 2.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 1.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. I do not know about the companies are roles offered to the students as I had started preparing for my MBA exam. About 70-80% of the...

Review of K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce.

Placements: Many students did not get placed from our college, as most of them opt for further studies. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. I do not have any idea of the top recruiting companies as I was not a part of any process. The administrative role was offered to students. The college provided a winter internship in 2015, where around 80% of the students got selected.

I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure of the department.

Placements: There were no placements in our department. There were no companies visited to hire the students. The highest salary offered for B.Sc. students was somewhat around Rs.15,000-20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 5,000 per month. The job scenario in our field was the worst. There was no student prepared for jobs. The placements needed for students to work after B.Sc.

Top recruiters were Jaro education, Body talk, roles were entry-level in sales, marketing, finance, media. About 40% GOT internship from college which was run by student-led campus drives. Overall placements were fairly good in terms of various industries coming to campus.

The infrastructure and facilities are absolutely amazing, and the faculty are alright.

Placements: Only one student was hired by Larsen and Toubro the previous year. About 10%-15% of the students got placed. A student who got into L&T was offered a salary package of 3 LPA, but she didn't take the offer and chose Frappe.io for a salary package of 5.5 LPA. I have no idea about the lowest salary package and average salary package offered. I don't about the number of students got internships.

Placements: I am still in the second year, so I have practically zero experience in placements. However, our seniors got amazing placements, and they were very much satisfied with the offers. Around 50 to 60% of the students got placed with an average salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
