Sanketika vidya parishad engineering college- not good.
Placements: No placements to our batch and our senior batch especially for electrical, other branches only BPO's and small placements came which students are not interested in it. They promised us to get the placements but they failed to do so. We (me & my parents) thought it is a good college but the management of the college is not so good, None of the students studied inthat college in year 2015-2016 not got any campus interviews.
Infrastructure: Infra of the campus is good, the equipment labs, sports and faculty are good but u can't expect much from management it is the main problem with the college it belongs to alwardas group of institutions but I never found the mark of the management there.
Faculty: Faculty and the course curriculum, all the faculty in the college is very much knowledgeable persons and more helping even if you are from other branches, and coming to course, our college is affiliated to Andhra university, so the syllabus and examination patter is much tough than jntu. But the certificate is much more valuable than jntu.
Other: Sanketika is famous for its fests and sports events both inter and intra, we have a very big college cricket ground made by students it self thanks to our seniors, all the sports facilities are available basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, throwball (women champions) etc.

It is the worst college. Please don't join.
Placements: There are no placements in my college. Simply, everyone hates every student. I hate my college. So, please don't join in my college. There are only 10-15 members in a class. There are no sports activities, no celebrations etc.
Infrastructure: There is no maintenance in labs. There is no equipment. The quality of food is not good in the canteen. There is no hostel facility. Every time, we are facing many problems. The infrastructure was not at all good.
Faculty: There are only a few faculty members, and undergraduate faculty are available. Even, 11th and 12th standard students are better than my faculty. The management was the worst and unqualified. The teaching quality was average. The student to teacher ratio is 20:1. The students are too low, and no one like to join this college. I am studying EEE.
Other: There is no Wi-Fi, there are no fests. There is less campus crowd, whatever, it is a waste college.

This college is budget friendly to the parents and is nearby city. Good faculty is available.
Placements: Good companies are coming for the placements. Last year, we got Amazon. Some of the students are selected in those interviews, and they got the jobs. The students have good role offers. The placements were the best which was 90%. Last time, the salary offered is about Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 9,000. All the interviews were good.
Infrastructure: Our college has Jio Wi-Fi facility which works at 100MBPS speed which is too fast for me. We have good labs. There is no problem at all. The labs have the safety. We have a big library which is a place where all our books are available. The medical facilities there as well. A pharmacy college is also there on our campus. We have good physical training here, and there is a big ground all over the college in Visakhapatnam. The classrooms didn't count. We do have three canteens in our college. The hostel rooms are good. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues.
Faculty: We have the best, helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and experienced faculty. The smart classes, educom and projection screen, are used while teaching. The student to faculty ratio is 60:1. I think that the course curriculum is easy. The industry exposure will be provided every year. The course curriculum is useful according to me.

About Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College, AU-affiliated.
Placements: Only one or two companies visit the campus, and we can say that there are no placements in our college. Last year, Amazon and Genpact visited the campus, and this year only Genpact conducted the interview. This year college is trying to get NAAC accreditation, which will help to get more campus drives.
Infrastructure: The college is very spacious with 2 playgrounds. It has various courses like B.tech, M.tech, Polytechnic, ITI, Pharmacy etc., but the infrastructure is not well maintained until last year. This year, all the infrastructure is well-maintained and look of the college is being improved to get NAAC accreditation.
Faculty: The faculty is just good. None of them has the higher qualification, every faculty has the just M.tech qualification. But, they are very helpful and caring. They always try to motivate the students. We did not have any industry exposure. B.tech has two different curriculum, one is AU affiliated, and the other is Jntuk affiliated.
Other: It has the worst management which doesn't stand for their words, and cause trouble to the students, and the principal is changing for every 6 months from the year 2014. It is not at all helpful for the students from accounts department and also no proper information is given about any events or programs. But the fee is less for backward section students.

Dissatisfied because of non availability of placements for the core branches.
Placements: No proper placements for the core branches. Even if it comes they offer very low CTC for a B.Tech fresher. Some start-up companies will be visiting our colleges frequently for their process offering very less salaries. For our senior batches, some reputed companies like Amazon, Wipro & Tech Mahindra have visited & offered the best salaries. But for us, not even a single well known & reputed company came.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available but it is limited only. Classrooms are just okay. No proper medical facilities.
Sports okay. Labs are also just okay. Canteen prices are good & reasonable. No Hostel rooms. I didn't face any major infrastructure issues. So, overall infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Faculty is quite good but not up to the mark when it comes to teaching skills. Students expect the faculty members to teach in such a way that each student can easily understand the topic rather than finding difficulties in understanding. Not fully satisfied with the teaching.
