A:

Unfortunately, I cannot get the final cut off for admission in B.Tech in Saraswati College of Engineering (SCOE) directly as the cut-off marks are usually released after the entrance exam. However, I can give you some pointers to get the most up-to-date cuts:

SCOE Website: The college website is the most reliable source of official information. Look for sections titled ‘Admissions’ or ‘Cut-Offs’ where details of last year’s cut-offs can be entered.
Educational portals: Websites often mention the previous year cutoffs based on entrance tests (MH-CET, JEE Main) for various programmes. Here is an example, but keep in mind that you will need to find the latest information. Here’s why the cuts may not be available yet:

Overall review of Saraswati College of Engineering.
Placements: The students placed in college are at an average ratio, where students from the computer engineering and information technology branches received many opportunities from startups and MNCs, such as Capgemini and Infosys. The average package was 4.5 LPA, while other branches like civil and mechanical had lower placement rates.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was basic for overall development, and students did not receive any lab or practical equipment on time. The college didn't have any hostel facilities, but it did provide many other PG accommodations and hostel surroundings for students to stay and travel safely.
Faculty: Mostly the teachers were helpful and friendly throughout the entire course, with their teaching and guidance being good. The teachers' reviews reflect student feedback, allowing them to express their opinions about the faculty.
Other: The course is a trending field in data science, where future trends will follow. The college should focus on the overall development of the institution. The crowd in college is good, and the fests and events are very well organized.

Honest and unbiased review .
Placements: Last year, the average package for civil engineering was 3.5 lacs pa. Around 55% students got placed. The top recruiter is L&T. Last year the highest package was 6 LPA and the lowest was 1.2 LPA. My total per year fee is 73,723 and my tuition fee is 8723. I have applied from EWS quota. For open category fee is 110000.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, but the infrastructure is poor. Wi-Fi is only available in the computer lab. The food at Mess is good and hygienic. Sports festivals are organized every year. Students participate in singles, music, and dancing. Stationary is also available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. The teaching style of them is awesome. They communicate with students. Course curriculum are up-to-date and perfect, in my opinion. The semester exams are moderate, and the minimum passing percentage is 40%. The ratio of girls and boys is good.
Other: It is the best college for civil engineering in Navi Mumbai. Events like Nakshatra are organized and also extracurricular activities.

Teachers are very supportive and encouraging.
Placements: Approximately 10 students got placed in the course. The highest package is up to 7 LPA, the lowest package is up to 3 LPA, and the average is between 4-6 LPA offered in college. Reliance, Capgemini, and TCS are the recruitment companies that came for campus placement. Business representative and software developer are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities provided in our college, having big classrooms and big benches, but there is no quality fan. Light issues are always present, and there is no Wi-Fi connection to the college campus. The canteen serves good food that is tasty and maintains hygiene. There is no Wi-Fi on the college campus; only practical labs have that. Electrical facilities should be improved.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful and supportive. They are qualified and knowledgeable, but they must provide practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. There are no such difficult exams; if we study hard, then exams are very easy for everyone. The passing marks are 35%.
Other: Overall, the college is nice. Our college holds events along with academics. Education or teaching methods should be improved. The teaching staff is awesome.

Precise Review on SCOE: Placement, Courses, Hostel Facilities, College Life, Fests, and Campus Life.
Placements: I would say the placements are not too good but not too bad, however, the college needs to increase its placement rates. The highest package this year offered was 8lpa. 15% of students got internships. Roles offered were Data Analyst, Associate, and many others. Around 80% of students are placed this year.
Infrastructure: The courses available at SCOE are good enough to cover all the aspects and the real-world applications as well as the practical applications. The college does not provide hostel facilities. Students have to opt for government hostels. The government provides you with a room based on your merit number. The fee for the room is approximately 500 Rs. or can be less than that.
Faculty: The faculty is good at SCOE. Some of them have done P.hd and the others have worked in the IT Sector as well. The term examinations are held timely as per the university circulars. The examination level is medium. The average % of students is 80%. The library of this college is really good as they have a good amount of books, journals and magazines. The college also has an area for a digital library which helps students fasten their search and gives attendance.
Other: SCOE's main fest is NAKSHATRA. It is the biggest fest of the college which is held in March every year. Students really enjoy this fest and it consists of various competitions like dance, fashion shows, singing competitions and many more. Sports are held in December and every student participates. The only thing to be improved is to allow the students to pay fees in installments. Not every student can pay the fee at a time. If we want to pay fees in installments we have to write a letter to the principal, if she finds our reason valid only then she grant permission to pay fees in installments.

One of the best colleges in Maharashtra.
Placements: Over the past three years, the placement cell has improved significantly, resulting in a substantial increase in the placement count. The highest package offered by the college is 15 LPA in the Computer Science field, and there has been considerable improvement in other fields such as Data Science and AIML.
Infrastructure: The college conducts mostly digital classes, and each floor is equipped with well-equipped labs. The cafeteria is spacious, offering excellent food. The college strongly supports sports with facilities including badminton and basketball courts, as well as a large gaming area.
Faculty: The faculty is highly supportive, providing students with thorough knowledge. Additionally, all staff members are friendly to students and offer extensive support in academics and extracurricular activities, which prepares us for placements.
Other: Since childhood, my dream has been to become the best engineer, and I believe this is the right place to achieve that. We can proudly say that we have the best campus in the college. Many events take place, and thanks to the excellent staff and student council, these events are highly appreciated. I proudly declare that my college is one of the best in Maharashtra.

Good college have good placement records from the last few years and good faculty.
Placements: There were approximately 70 percent of students placed last year; the package given was approximately 8 LPA, and the minimum package was approximately 3–4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were IBM, Tata, Infosys, Reliance, etc.; 50 percent of students got internships, including all branches from top companies.
Infrastructure: The facility of our college is up-to-date until the classroom, but when we talk about the library, we don't get Wi-Fi to use as per need, but they have 6-7 laptops for any emergency needs, and when we talk about mess, we always get to know the price, dal, sabji, and puri, and breakfast food, but we never get roti most of the time. Sports are not often played, but the college has yearly contests and overall is good.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified in their field, but the way of teaching is very common; some are easy to understand and some are confusing, and yes, they prepare for jobs and solve any problems we face regarding jobs, GATE, UPSC, and all exams. They also provide guidance. The level of exams is quite tough as compared to Pune, but a smart way can land good marks.
Other: Especially, I was interested in the field of CSE and saw it as an opportunity to explore every branch and career, but the main problem I or many students face is that Mumbai University always focuses on theory from 1-4 years. That's why many people don't get jobs while having a degree but no skills.
