The Sardar Patel College of Engineering is one of the best institute in Mumbai.

Placements: The placements are pretty average. The highest package every year is around 10-15 LPA, and the average is 4-5 LPA for the Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical branches. Each year, many top companies visit the college, for example, L&T, Mahanagar, and many more.

Our college is really good, and the infrastructure is great. It has a great campus.

Placements: Our college has fairly good recruiters because of its long-standing reputation, but students' reluctance and lethargy might change the situation a little bit. Nevertheless, core companies like Lodha, L&T, ThyssenKrupp and a lot more recruit students regularly from SPCE. Non-core dream companies like EXL Business Process Solutions and Mu Sigma also visit here. I suggest you not to expect that you will get the highest salary package of up to 15 LPA-16 LPA. The highest salary package was being offe...

Review of Sardar Patel College of Engineering.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed from our college. Companies like L&T, Siemens, Abuja Cement, Lodha Group and Axis Bank come to recruit us. Internship opportunities from college side are less, but if we try it on our own, then we can get few. Practical knowledge is focused on.

The college is good for education, but the campus area is small.

Placements: In our college, only 8 to 10 students got placed through campus placements, and their salary packages are low. They are good in academics. Our college arranges internships in different companies related to the courses. They work hard to conduct campus interviews, but companies do not visit the campus.

A good college is leaving behind the infrastructure of the building. Some professors are best.

Placements: The placements are very good. The highest package this year for a mechanical branch student in a core job was 7.2 lacs per annum. The average salary is around 4 lacs per annum. There are companies which provide internship and then provide PPOs to the same students. The companies coming for placement are also renowned like L&T, Jindal, Godrej, Lodha, and many more.

Awesome college, loved to be part of it.

Placements: Placement record is very good. The number of reputed companies comes to our college every year. The companies here offer core jobs and fair packages. Nearly there is a 100% placement in the mechanical stream. Here, civil and electrical also have good placement. An internship is offered to the 2nd and 3rd-year students.

Good college with no placements

Placements: It has the worst placement cell ever which doesn't work on time. They are not at all interested in students of the Master degree. Just because they are not paid for it, they do not take responsibility for placements of the Master degree students. The placement cell head is arrogant as if he is the solely responsible for placements. He always brags about himself and does not take care of students well.

Overall, an academically sound college with opportunities offered for all other activities

Placements: The college has good past placement records and still continues the trend. A variety of job profiles are offered by different sets of companies having core engineering, non-core and finance as their working DNA. Also, the TPO of the college actively works to bring a range of companies and consultancies, with a convenient schedule.
