Daily life in my college .

Placements: Placement percentage in my college is good but the package that we are offered is not up to par. The average package is 400000 per year; the highest and lowest depend upon the industry standards in that year. Only one internship opportunity is given and only for 20 students.

With good infrastructure and knowledgeable lecturers, it's a decent college.

Placements: Over 98% of students are placed in the BTech CSE course, with the highest package reaching up to 40 LPA. The average package is around 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon and Flipkart, with managerial roles being offered. For every five students, about two or three secure internships.

The better college in future - Saveetha School of Engineering.

Placements: The percentage placement is very good. But the offers are not at a greater level. The placement cell is working hard, and companies frequently come, but the difference is in the package they offer, and sometimes they fail to conduct rounds and just leave in the middle.

As I know this college gives maximum ninety percent of the placements .

Placements: This college is well and good for studies, and they also arrange different types of industrial visits, which are useful for students. Regarding packages, it is above 15 LPA, and it's not just about the highest packages; many roles are offered at this college. Finally, for studying purposes, it is well and good.

Better for self learners .

Placements: The placement is still anonymous. It depends. Before COVID-19, the places were quite good. But after the pandemic, it was so bad. So we should wait for the upcoming placements by the IT companies. And due to layoffs, I think there will not be any placements above 5-7 LPA this year.

My views on Saveetha University.

Placements: The placements at Saveetha University are good, with a percentage of placements of nearly 80 percent. The highest package in my course, Computer Science and Engineering, is 34 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. The percentage of internships on campus is very low, up to 30–40 percent, but we can apply off-campus for internships. The top recruiting companies are Swiggy, Zomato, Oracle, etc.

Pros and cons of the Saveetha School of Engineering.

Placements: Placements are good enough. I am a final-year student at Saveetha School of Engineering. As of today, December 22, 2023, some companies were welcome, including MNCs like Accenture. There are still many yet to come. The highest package as of now this year is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Some students are doing internships referred by the college to the abroad and some indian companies, some students are self intern.

Satisfied because of decent curriculum and studies.

Placements: In the SSE campus drive, the average percentage of students who passed was 75% to 80%. Yes, you read it correctly; this was the percentage of students who passed. The main reason for this downfall in placement is students with zero technical knowledge, but the college puts in effort to increase this count.
