Placements: 70%-80% of students who appeared for placement got jobs. The highest package is 34 LPA, with another package at 22 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA. The companies include Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, Amazon, Mahindra, etc. From B.Tech, 80% got internships and placements in roles like manager, marketing, and software engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. We are provided with 24/7 Wi-Fi connection along with a fully furnished and air-conditioned library and labs. Classrooms are well-maintained. The hostel is very good; each room is fully furnished with a separate study table for all. Hostel food is excellent, and we get a special menu on occasions.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and provide individual attention to all students. Weak students benefit significantly. The curriculum is updated, with practical life applications incorporated. The semester exams are manageable if you study regularly. All the assistant professors are Ph.D. holders.

Other: I was very interested in B.Tech in Computer Science. The campus is nice, and the fest facilities are impressive. Regular events take place every month. Extracurricular activities involve many different types of clubs on campus.

Faculty members are good. There is no freedom inside the campus. Study is the main focus.

Placements: The highest package offered by Autodesk in the session 2023-24 was 36 lakhs per annum. There are not so many top recruiting companies. Average package is something around 3-5 lakhs per annum. I have not seen so many students getting internships from the campus.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connectivity is good throughout the college campus. The library is very beautiful and you can find resources for everything you want. Every subject has a specific lab, which makes it easy and time-saving for students. Sports are once a while in a year. The main focus is towards studies.

Faculty: If you are a studios person, then you can easily pass the examination. The exams are bit difficult. You have to achieve 30 percent of marks for passing the written exam and in practical, everyone gets good marks. All the faculty members are qualified from good universities but only a few are good at teaching.

Other: There are too many students in the college. A fest was conducted in the April month of 2024, in which a singer, Salman Ali, was invited to perform. There are not so many extracurricular activities in the college.

A Deep insight into Shivalik college of Engineering.

Placements: Shivalik college of Engineering is a very good college for Engineering students. The college provides a good faculty, environment and students are also very friendly and supportive. There are 60 Students in my class and 300 students overall in B.Teach course. The top recruiting companies are Tata, Wipro, Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Shivalik college of Engineering is average and the cafeteria is very good. The hostel of Shivalik college of Engineering is average but the facilities are decent. The academic area is fantastic as it provides labs, smart classroom and so many things. There are so many clubs which helps in upgrading skills.

Faculty: The faculty of Shivalik college of Engineering is very good. They are very supportive and helpful when needed. The knowledge they provide is excellent and it helps us increasing our skills. The course curriculum is relevant and the semester exams are quite difficult.

Other: I choose Bachelor of Technical Engineering because I liked this course and I want to become a software developer. And Shivalik college is the best choice for students who want to become an Engineer. The crowd of Shivalik college of Engineering is very good and the campus surrounding is also fantastic. There are so many extra curricular activities in which you can enhance your skills.

College with good environment, people, placement and infrastructure .

Placements: 70% of the students get placed who sit in the placement of companies. In the recently passed out batch (2023-2024), the highest package was 34 LPA, and the other was 22 LPA. The average package offered is 5 LPA. The top recruiters in our college are IBM, Amazon, TCS, Deloitte, PWC, and more. Top roles offered were software engineer, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, data analyst, and more. The maximum internships and jobs were secured from B.Tech. computer science in various technical companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has provided students with an unlimited Wi-Fi network and air-conditioned libraries, along with air-conditioned labs for programming. We have separate labs for all. Our college provides the best hostel facilities, which include 24x7 light, water facilities along with water coolant, good food, and TV in the mess area. The girls hostel is provided with a balcony.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty are very helpful during the course. They are very concerned about each and every student. Mentors are allowed to all students. If you regularly attend your classes, it's very easy to score good marks in a semester exam. The curriculum is relevant, and the college provides you with industry training on completion of every semester.

Other: I chose the course because I am passionate about computer science, and this college provides you with good experience within a minimum of fees. The freshers party and fests are up to the mark and very enjoyable.
