Absolutely Satisfied with the Location of the College.

Placements: Until now around 75 Percent of the students in my batch have been placed. The highest package that was offered to our batchmates was of 12 Lacs per annum by Jaro Top scholars for a sales profile. The average package for the entire batch is around 4-5 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is 3.25 Lacs per annum offered by McDermott. Best infrastructure with good environment, settled in the foothills of Dehradun Valley.

Placements: 30 to 35 percent students were placed in my course. The highest around 8 LPA and the lowest around 2.40 LPA and average around 3.5 LPA Maruti, Royal Enfield etc were top recruiters. Top roles were offered in production, quality and even sales department. Most of the students did their internship in most reputed companies like maruti, Tata and JCB etc.

Our college provides really good subjects and facilities.

Placements: Around 30-40% of the students from our course got placed. A satisfactory but expensive college.

Placements: The placement season starts from july and goes uptil april. The computer Science branches have the highest packages upto 22-30lpa and package as low as 3lpa. Average package is around 4.5lpa. For non computer Science branches the highest package is 7.5lpa and minimum package is 3.5lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Major companies visiting are Reliance, Baker Huge, Honeywell, Wipro, Infosys, L&T, LTI, Cognizant etc. All students get internships.

A good campus which offers many specialisations in different fields and provides good placements.

Placements: The placement scenario in our college is very good. Companies like reliance, wipro, honeywell, GEP have visited our college. L&T visited and hired 324 students from our college. Cogizant visited in our college and hired 130 fresh graduates. Many more companies are yet to come.

A great college with high fees, great college life, and you might get a job if you are lucky enough.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students are just placed, including both core and non-core companies. The salary offered is Rs. 30,000-80,000 per month. RIL, Honeywell UOP, PCBL, are the top recruiters. The process engineer is the role offered here. The average salary package offered in our course is around 4.5 LPA. The salary package offered is ranged between 4.5-12 LPA. Around 85% of the students got internships.

This college provide ample opportunity for everyone to build a positive attitude towards life.

Placements: About 80% of the total students in our course get placement and rest either opt-out or apply for higher studies. No. Of companies like Volvo, Suzuki motorcycle, Hyundai, Maruti sukuzi, Tata motors etc. Came this year for recruiting students. Recently, we get NBA accreditation for our course specifically for Automotive design engineering.

I am proud of University of petroleum and energy studies.

Placements: In UPES Aerospace branch total placement is around 80 %. The highest salary has been offered around 8 Lacs p. a in non-core company. However minimum salary offered is around 2.75 Lacs p. a. I would say average salary in UPES for 2019 branch is approximately 3 Lacs per annum. In 2019 no top company of aerospace visited UPES. I am satisfied with the facilities and good placement opportunities.

Placements: More than 75% of the students got placed. In our course, the minimum salary package offered was 2.5 LPA and the maximum salary package offered was 5 LPA. Companies like Samsung Engineering, L&T, Petrofac, Keppel, Total, Technip and Kalptaru are the top recruiters of our college. Students are offered roles like a structural engineer, GET and assistant engineer. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in companies like Technip, L&T, Keppel and Kalptaru.

Placements: According to the current status of the market, engineering condition in India is not good. As you are going to invest a huge amount you wish to get a good job but these things will not happen. In this college, the avg package is about 4 Lacs and below. This college is not at all worth for money.

Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered is approximately 17 LPA. Reliance, PCBL, Baker Hughes and Wipro are the top recruiters of our course. Process design engineer and a chemical engineer are the top roles offered in our course. Until December, about 11 students out of a batch of 130 students got internships from our college.

It couldn't be more honest review.

Placements: Frankly speaking UPES is not good for placement. I don't know how they manage to show such high percentage of placement on paper every year. Whatever is your branch you will be placed in some IT or Mass recruiter company only with monthly salary around 25k. In AEROSPACE there is NO PLACEMENT. If you want to do Masters or Ph.D. Then it's fine, for job not good at all.

Good infrastructue and most importantly good placements in all branches. Teachers are very helpful.

Placements: The placement offered by campus are good and have been increasing each year. In 2018, 94 % placement was there from SOE (school of engineering) and 100% from SOCS (School Of Computer Science). The highest package offered in 2019 is around 40 Lacs. Companies like Amazon, Reliance, Media. Net, Hyundai, Maruti have visited this year. L&T visited in 2019 hired 324 students with an average package of 5lakhs.

It is a good college only for petroleum.

Placements: I am in first-year, but I got to know about college and placements with our HOD that they are good. This year 91% of the students got placed. Top recruiting companies of our college are Reliance, Baker Hughes, Exxon Mobile, Torrent Gas, Adani Gas, etc.

Huge fee pay but no placements.

Placements: The course offers one year of campus academic education and one year of internship in industries. We were about 18 students out of which 17 got their internships in companies like aditya birla, siminfo systems, BPCL etc. None of the students were placed. None of the companies visited campus for M.Tech students.

Good infrastructure and facilities but dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: The placement procedure up here in UPES is quite hectic. Though the department and placement cell tries its best but still the placements are not up to the mark. The highest package goes up to 5-6 Lacs and the lowest being 2 Lacs. The average package offered is 3 Lacs that too by Sales and Marketing firms and not by the core companies.
