Satisfactory because it's open learning but they could be more efficient and adopt semester system.

Placements: There is a very little chance of getting placed in a private company on a good salary as it is a correspondence course and such is the nature of the market that they do not entertain long distance programme students. You will however be eligible to give government service exams.

Good faculty members and knowledgeable.

Placements: Placements as such for SOL DU is not good as such. If you are completing graduation from open. You would land up in a job with package 120000-200000 INR PA not more than that until you are extraordinary hardworking person or do any other proff course. Their is no active placement cell as such. Neither I have seen any companies coming for placements. And there is no requirement for internship if you are from DU SOL but if you later do your post graduation from very good college you land up in a g...

SOL is good for students who only want degree for college or those students who scored less in 12.

Placements: There is no placement provided from SOL. They only give us degree. Students have to find job on their own. SOL is good if you are preparing for some other exams like CA or civil service. SOL is not a regular college so they didn't provide placements. If you just want degree you can join SOL.

I am satisfied with my graduation from this college.

Placements: Placements are not so good as students pursue this course while they are doing other professionals degree like CA, CS, CMA, etc. Hence they are doing these courses for extra degrees. Placements of our college are average. If students want to join the company, they can join, or they can carry on with their studies.

Good Course with decent Facilities.

Placements: There are no such concepts of placement when we graduate through SOL, DU. They do not give placement or any Job opportunity to the Students who have completed their Graduation. But we can get Jobs by yourself if we go through various job openings. No Companies visits to SOL campus. There is no placement cell here. And there are no internships available from here.

Good for those who are doing job and any other course.

Placements: There is no placement facilities available in this college for SOL student. You will just get degree. They also provide short term course like retail management, ticketing, computer related etc. For sol student which is helpful to learn new skills. This course will enhance your chances of getting a job.

It is good as a backup option.

Placements: No placements as such from the college. You will have to use your own links. No such question for placements occurs because only a graduation degree from School Of Open Learning is not enough. You will have to go for further studies where placements come nowhere in between.

School of Open Learning is an average college.

Placements: Placement facilities are not available on this campus, but students can sit in the placement drives conducted by the central placement cell of the University of Delhi. The average salary package offered is around 2-4 LPA. The students have to find internships on their own if they want to make their CVs attractive.

I am well satisfied with our college but somehow dissatisfied by the infrastructure.

Placements: There are no placements for the students who have completed their graduation from SOL. Placements basically depend on the knowledge and experience, which you should have in the work that you want to do or otherwise there's not much scope of placements for students. Moreover, internships were also provided to regular students but not for us.

School of Open Learning and its worth.

Placements: As of now, there are zero placements. It was like a school for distant education people. Here, you just come for a graduation degree and nothing else. People here are forgetting to do graduation, and are pursuing professional courses like CA, CS, and of the sorts or might have a business or something, but they need a graduation degree to mention on their CV.

Satisfied with faculty members.

Placements: Placements were not provided to us from the college side, I get placed on my own with help of my network, but I get easily placed because sol holds that value even if it is an open school. Neither internships were provided to us, it is not necessary to do internship in sol, you can go for it for your own experience.

It is the best college for correspondence.

Placements: There are no placements as this college is providing correspondence degree and it is helpful for the students who only want to take the degree. They may be working anywhere or pursuing CA, CS, CMA. The exams are held annually, and there is no need for any attendance, which is helpful for them.

Not that good college, but okay. We haven't get placement.

Placements: No placements were there for SOL students. Even, they did not provide any personality development classes to improve students personality. The students became less confident for the interviews, just because of lack of industrial information. SOL should have to provide industrial training to students and placement services so that they can also get jobs from their campus.

A good college for distance learning, but don't expect a good percentage.

Placements: It's a college offering distance learning, so no scope of college placement, so forget that you will be hired in the college. You have to get percentages (which though is difficult to get here), but you will get a job if you have skills needed by the organisation you are hoping to join.

Distance education from Delhi University.

Placements: There is no placement system. Lakhs of students pass every year. But no placements are offered from the college. There is no internship option for SOL students. There are no placements for SOL students. But, the placement cell is only for the regular college student. They get good money.

If no college then go for sol.

Placements: School of open learning is better for the people who is doing some other course as well. We can complete graduation but cannot expect so much of high placement only on the basis of graduation because of huge competition. I am doing CA CS with B.Com.

A review on SOL, Delhi University.

Placements: I didn't get placed from the college. I have applied for GIS engineer and got selected there, and working there as a GIS engineer from last 5 years. I am enjoying my work in this company and would refer to people that they should do graduation from SOL if they can't afford to study in the regular college.

Good for CA and CS students and distance learners.

Placements: As it is a distance learning college, the placement facility is not available yet, but students can apply in other places for internships. The minimum stipend shall be from 6,000-7,000 p.m. I am a CA student, so I don't need this facility, but education is good.
