SSCBS is a cocoon of learning and skill enhancement.

Internships are offered throughout the year, via emails. They range from sales to hardcore financial works. A dedicated placement cell works to this cause. The highest package is offered by Brain every year which is around 12-14 LPA.

SSCBS - I didn't plan to go there, but I am glad I could.

Placements: I did B.Tech (Computer Science) from SSCBS. Ours was an experimental course, which was introduced under FYUP. Since FYUP got scrapped in its very next year, placements took a hit. Most of the students remained unplaced. They went for higher studies. The college's brand name did really help in getting into better colleges for higher studies.

Review of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.

Placements: 85% of the students were placed last year. About 80-90% of the students have already placed this year. The students who would like to start their own ventures or businesses are not allowed to apply for the placements. Good grades are necessary for the students to get placed, and there is a well-trained team of students to take care of that.

Great subjects, Brand new infrastructure, genuinely concerned teachers, not your average chill coll.

Placements: The placements are good as compared to other the three year graduation courses offered by Delhi University. Companies like BCG, Brain, Big 4, Blackrock, Duff and Phelps etc. Visit the campus with multiple profiles. The job profiles are a little skewed towards the finance and general business manager side as opposed to Marketing. The companies that come to recruit interns are mostly start-ups or PSUs with not so good profiles but with a handsome stipend.
