I thought I took the wrong decision by taking admission here, but now I feel it is actually good!

Faculty: We have good teachers and a pretty good curriculum. This course is very relevant to today's world, and it's in demand. The exam conducted is difficult, and the passing percentage varies from 70-85%. The exams are tough, but if you pay attention to your course, then it will be much easier for you to crack it.

Absolutely dissatisfied with college faculty and location.

Faculty: Only a few teachers are helpful and friendly; the rest of the teachers are not much. Teaching quality is good for Political Science, Economics, History, and English. Examination difficulties are medium, depending on the subject you have opted for, and you have to pass in more than 7 subjects out of 14 in a year to pass and not get a year back.

Dissatisfied by the college, its faculty, societies and crowd.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, but not all, and their teaching quality is above average. This course curriculum is much relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are much tougher in the college as all DU colleges have the same question paper from the University; you need to pass 40% of your subjects.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2024, really good infrastructure .

Faculty: The student body is very diverse, with students from all over Kerala and the Shillong area. The teachers are very supportive, and the facilities are top-notch. The workload is moderate, and you can expect to take four tests. This college is a great choice for students who want a supportive learning environment.

B.A. Shyam Lal College Evening .

Faculty: The teachers of this college are very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and problem-solving. You can ask your doubts anytime you want, including in online mode. The societies of this college visit industries like Coca-Cola, Maza, SEBI, etc. The exams in this college are held on a semester basis, which are held every 6 months. The exams are neither too hard nor too easy.

SLCE is good if you just want to be graduated from DU.

Faculty: SLCE faculty is known for being helpful, qualified, & dedicated. The college has a strong academic reputation & offers a curriculum aligned with the University of Delhi. The faculty is committed to student success, as reflected in positive feedback from alumni & current students. The semester exams at SLCE are described as not very difficult, & students have mentioned that with good guidance from teachers, the exams can be managed effective. While specific pass % data is not readily available, t...

Satisfied with my Political Science Honours department and good internship and placement.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good, and the course is not so very tough. Teachers give reading material for better understanding and teach us in Hindi and English medium, and the semester exams are not so much and tough. Regular tests are conducted on a daily basis.

Our college is good from outside but it is totally gang and group fights from inside.

Faculty: Some teachers are good but most of them don't care if students understand or not. They just do work and just go away. The course does not make students ready for the industry. DU exams are not very tough. Technology is not available. The course is old-fashioned with full political interference.

The faculty is good, but placements are low.

Faculty: Faculty members are comparatively better than other DU colleges. All the teachers are supportive, well-educated, and friendly. However, you get very few classes, and many classes get canceled. Sometimes, teachers are not present, and at times, they get busy eating.

If you want to enjoy college life, then take admission.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but some are very strict, so manage accordingly. The course is very much relevant as you can further pursue an MBA and other things and become various heads in organisations. The exams are easy; if you study for 1 month before the exam, you could easily be able to score good marks. The passing percentage is 40%.

It is a very good college; it is growing day by day, and placements are also looking very good.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The way they teach is different and effective, and their behavior is very good. The teachers teach exceptionally well. This course is very good for students to give a different start to their careers. The semester examination difficulty is average, and the passing percentage will be above 85%.

Shyam Lal College - A college which is value for money .

Good infrastructure, facilities and faculty support.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good. They are very helpful and are of friendly nature. They help students with their doubts and all the teachers are well qualified and they give their best to the students. Again having just a degree won't be sufficient, student must work on himself for a better development prospect. The exam structure isn't that difficult, enlightenment time for preparation is being provided to the mates. Pass percentage is based upon the grades where 'F' denotes fails.
