Placements: In our batch, 2-3 students got placements. I know only 5-6 seniors, and they all got placed in the college placements. Our batch students didn't apply for the placements because they wanted to do better in the fields like MBA, law, UPSC, etc. I don't know the exact salary, but the highest salary offered was about Rs. 50,000 per month, the lowest was Rs. 20,000 per month and the average salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month.
Placements: Shyam lal college didn't have campus placement option at that time, but you sit in the common placement cell of Delhi university. College provide a good platform to students so that they can groom their selves for interview and future opportunities. Students of SLC are placed in good companies of India.
Placements: The placements provided by our college are very good. However, the average package offered to the students is not much good, but around 60% of the students got placements. Many reputed companies visit the college. Many internships are also provided to the students. Banking units such as ICICI Bank, etc., have visited the college to recruit the students.
Placements: There are no placements for our course since it is arts. The placements might be offered to the students of other courses like economics and commerce. Students can apply for placements from the central placement committee of Delhi University.
Placements: The placements in our college are good, but there is only one problem that they don't provide placements to all the students in the college. The minimum package offered is very low, and the maximum package is also not very high. The placement cell tries its best to bring new companies to the college and provide placements to all the students.
Placements: Very few opportunities are provided to students. Very few companies visit the college to hire the students. Around 20-30 students got placed in the campus placement. Banks, Nestle, and other private companies visit and hire the students with salary package in between 3 LPA to 5 LPA, but the salary offered is not up to the mark.
Placements: The placements offered by our college are quite satisfactory. Most of my friends got placed in RBS and Convergys, and I'm happy about this. Various internships are offered by the placement cell to students in reputed companies like IDBI Federal Life Insurance, etc.
Placements: The placements on the campus are good but not very well. When I was in the college, only 4-5 companies visited the campus for placements. Around 20-30 students got placed with salary Rs. 2,50,000 per annum. Some of my batchmates got selected on the campus placements, but 90% of the students didn't get placed from campus recruitment. There is a placement cell in the college, but the number of companies that visit the campus for placements is very less.
Placements: The placements for my seniors were good, but as we were the students of physical science, not much good companies visited the campus for us. About 50% to 60% of the students were placed. The lowest package offered was 4 Lacs per annum, and the highest was 10 Lacs per annum. Wipro, Excel and many other companies visited the campus to offer placements.
Placements: The college has a seperate placement cell independent of the du's placement cell. It provides summer internship and jobs to the deserving students. Many of my friends have been placed by the placement cell of our college. Companies like HCL, HP and private banks, including others regularly visit our college. Average salary is approximately ?20,000/- to ?25,000/- and the upper limit depends upon the dedication, hardwork and knowledge of the student.
Placements: The college placement cell is very good, and the faculty are experienced. If you have any doubt, you can clear it. Earlier, the placement cell didn't work properly, but it has improved over the time. When I was pursuing graduation, the companies like Royal Bank of Scotland, ICICI Insurance, Wipro, etc., visited the campus and provided placements to the students.
Placements: Shyam Lal College doesn't have a good placement record. We were not provided with any opportunities. The condition for seniors regarding placements is poor. For internships, we can apply from university website to their CRC. They provide good opportunities. Don't go to this college if your main focus is placements because you be won't be able to fulfil any of your dreams. The placement cell has improved and working for better opportunities for students. Also, they have started updating students ...
Placements: The companies which visit the college for placements mostly offer profiles like cold calling and business analyst. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. The placement department allows every student to be a part of placements, which helps them for their better career. The college doesn't organise any internship fair.
Placements: There are many placements cells in our college, which gives many placements to the students. They also give internships for the students. Many companies visited the college for placements. Recently, Tommy Hilfiger company visited the campus and selected the students. This is an efficient cell, and it offers many scholarships.
Placements: Placements are very important to every student. The average package offered in the campus placements was 4-5 lacs per annum. Big companies such as RBS and other companies offering BPO profiles, visit the college to conduct placements. The placement cell in our college is amazing. They have many contacts with big companies.
Placements: Our was the first batch when Shyam Lal College started its placement cell. Not much companies visited since it was just a beginning and also the college was an out of campus college. As far as I can remember Royal Bank of Scotland, ICICI and a company for content writers visited for campus selection. The placement cell is growing year by year and more and more companies are visiting the college. The maximum package offered during the placement was 2.17 CTC and that was for Royal Bank of Scotland...
Placements: Many students get placements. Around 20 to 30% students get a job, the maximum salary offered was 3 PA, and minimum salary offered was 1 LPA. Many of the famous Indian companies like HUL, HCL, etc., visited the college for the placements. Students were playing a very good role in this process.
Placements: Some firms comes to SLC looking for appropriate and capable applicants. Students get jobs from the campus in various fields such as Finance and accounting, economics, BPO and banking. Firms including Concentrix Genpact etc. visit the campus every year.
Placements: Top and grand companies use to come for placements every year. Companies provide good salary packages according to the courses with minimum package of 1 Lacs and maximum of 3 Lacs. Around 55 to 60% students use to get the placements. All my seniors are also getting promotions in their respective fields with increasing salary.
Placements: Cocentrix was the company that offered the placement to English hnrs batch. M. nearly 100 of the student got selected. Salary package was 15 t0 20 per month. They offered the role of costumer handling. Placement cell is not good here as only some companies come with less stipend offer.
