Highly satisfied with the overall well managed system.
Placements: Around 97% of students have been placed as of now. The highest package offered was 12.5 lacs, the average salary is around 6 lacs and the lowest salary was 4 lacs. The names of few companies that recruit from our college are Indigene Pvt Ltd, Sun Pharma, Roche Pharma, Alkem, Alembic Pharma, Pharma ace, Zuventus to name a few. The top roles offered are MT Marketing, Project Trainees, PMT, Analyst, Area Manager, Product Executive, MT sales, Research, BDE, Area Manager, etc. Talking about the Summer Internships 100% students from our course were placed and the companies which came for a with the Summer Internship Projects were Alembic, Curatio, Sun Pharma, Roche Pharma, Britannia, Shemaroo, to name a few.
Infrastructure: Our college has a library which is available online as well as offline where the students can access the library from any corner of the globe. Classrooms for each stream are available and all the classrooms have centralised air conditioning systems with Wi-Fi to. As of now are college do not have its own hostel but it supports the students in getting rooms or PG facilities. Our college has a canteen committee in place which look of after all the aspects of canteen including hygiene, its menu and many more. Also the inputs from the students regarding canteen are also taken on a regular basis apart from this there is a Nescafe outlet present in campus. Our college have various committees out of which one of them is sports committee which looks after all the indoor, outdoor games and LAN gaming too.
Faculty: The faculty present in our college are very supportive and are available for all the students throughout the course and post graduation too. Most faculty members have on field work experience and also have advance doctoral degrees so definitely the teaching quality is at the top. We also have few visiting faculty members which create a clear scenario for all our students and decrease the gap between the corporate and college On every weekend we have a CIS session which update students with the new trends in our sector. The course curriculum is relevant as it's updated every year recently they have added up subjects like digital marketing & tele medication for us.
Other: I am a B.Pharma graduate so I chose this course to get more knowledge about leadership, communication, etc. The best thing about this course is it's a flagship course which is specifically for Pharmaceutical Management. Talking about the events, there are a number of committee in place for example Academic committee, Cultural committee, external event committee and many more which keeps on organising numbers of events for the entire year. The annual event of our college is Virtualities which is completely organised by the student and is more of a management fest. We also have a fest Pixels which is more of related to technical events. As of now I don't think or wish that anything could be improved in a course, as in this current pandemic we do have a regular lectures commenced according to our schedule.

Dissatisfied because of the poor placements for our batch.
Placements: Placements in our college are decent. More than 30% of the students got placed from our batch. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA. The college offers 100% internships during the course. Opportunities are high for core PGDM and MS in comparison with pharmaceutical PGDM.
Infrastructure: The college has spacious and air-conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi facilities. There are computer laboratories. There is a library with all kind of books. The canteen is hygienic. There is no availability of hostel rooms on the campus. I would rate the infrastructure 4 out of 5.
Faculty: Teachers in SIES are well qualified, very friendly and knowledgeable. They teach very well. They mostly used PPT presentation for teaching. Projects given in the course enable students to get industry exposure and understand the pharmaceutical industry.

My Point of view for siescoms.
Placements: Decent placement with good organisation. They should bring more companies to the campus rather than pool campus. By the way placement is all about how to perform in the placement and not which company is on campus. But we hope more big companies from sides.
Infrastructure: Well-equipped with all you need for pursuing education for what u pay. It is worth paying lacs for such infrastructure. Library are big and spacious for group discussion and you can find all news paper magazine you would like refer for your project and assignment.
Faculty: Faculty member are very helpful. You can approach anytime. There is open door policy for everyone. Talking about course curriculum you will realize that you are learning all required subjects for a pharmaceutical management and the guest lectures are very helpful.
Other: Very good crowd.

Quality of education is good and placement are going good. College worth the money and time to.
Placements: Placement is good, the companies which visit the college are all well known companies and SIESCOMS is having a very reputable name in the organisation. Companies are having good repo of SIESCOMS due to this companies are coming every year and package which they are offering is good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good Wi-Fi is available in the campus and all the classroom has AC facilities. There is a sports room available in the college and the library is good with all the books which are worth to read. There is a computer lab to and the canteen is available which provide good tasty food and which is hygienic also.
Faculty: All the faculty staff is good they are very helpful, and knowledgeable they will help you to grow. Dean is very nice she will listen to you and will try to solve all your problem and will help you. All the teaching staff is good and they will give such assignment which will give you the knowledge about market and this will help you to gain knowledge and will give you a nice exposure.

The placements are decent and highly recommended for the marketing students.
Placements: The placements are decent, especially for the marketing. Almost 50-60% of the batch is usually placed at the end of the first year. The average package is 5.5-6 lakhs per annum. The companies like Asian Paints, Amazon, HDFC were seen this year for our senior batch placements. If you're a fresher, you need at least 60% marks in your SSC, HSC, and the graduation to be eligible for the GDPI of the better companies which come for the placements. Overall, it is a value for the money institute and the return on investment in this institute is high. For finance and HR, I would not recommend SIES. There are hardly any companies for these specialisations and the finance companies that do come for the placements, mostly come with the marketing job profiles. The long story short, if you want to pursue marketing, this is the institute for you.
Infrastructure: The college campus is good and spacious with a well-stocked library, a computer lab, and well-furnished classrooms. The canteen food is decent, and there are good food joints including 'The J' opposite the institute. The sports and games aren't the best strongholds of the institute.
Faculty: The faculty members are amazing. They are helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. There are conferences and events for almost every month, which provide the great industry exposure. There are a lot of committees for the students, which help them to gain the exposure and help them learn how to work in a professional environment.

It is better to opt for full time MBA. But, if you are working or cannot pursue a full time course, then you can opt for part time MBA. For both the courses, you will have to give an entrance exam to get admission in the college.
