Placements: The offered placements are very opportunistic for the students of financial markets. Companies like JP Morgan, KPMG, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Times of India and many more visit the campus for placements. Even Hindustan Times with P&G conducted an aptitude test recently for all the students from B.Com BAF, BBI and BFM.
Placements: Placements in our college are good when compared to other colleges. It is a good experience of getting a chance to be interviewed by good companies. Job profiles were mostly related to the marketing domain, and they also offer a few profiles related to the finance domain. The college should work on its placement cell to bring good companies to the campus.
Placements: Placements process is good at our time. There are 6-8 companies visit that are TCS, WNS, MaxVal, Axis, IDBI, e2serv, etc. The placement process is first they declare company name, criteria and the company details. The company visit to campus and gives information about the company, and they test according to test student selected. Training is given to the students for interview.
Placements: Placements in our college were average. Around 25-30 companies visited the campus for placements. Companies such as Maxval Technology, TCS, RBS Bank, Axis Securities, WNS, etc., offered placements. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 13,500 per month by Maxval Company and the highest was Rs. 18,500 by some bank for sales profile.
Placements: My course was B.Com. In 2016, various companies like RBL Bank, and TCS, etc., visited the college for placements. Only a few candidates were selected, but they had to work for night shifts. Cab services were provided to them. The salary package offered was low. They were offering KPO jobs. Some students who were okay with their jobs opted for it, and others opted for higher education.
Placements: Placements are given by college. Certain company came but a collective placement means that every stream in single placement, The placement that we faced are like axis securities, TCS, icici lombard, eclerks, and many more. There are placement cell which decide the placements decision.
Placements: There is a placement cell in the college which looks after placements for all courses. There's no guarantee of placements after completing your Bachelor's degree. You'll only be assisted and most likely will have to find your job.
Placements: The college has a placement cell which caters to all students who wish to take up a job in the industry. The placement cell ensures students with jobs of their own field and choice. I personally know many of my batch mates as well as seniors who are still working with the placed companies.
Placements: Sides offers the best placement cell in Navi Mumbai. Big firms like Citi bank, Axis Bank, HDFC, LIC gives opportunities in their firm to show case our skills. The highest package that was offered was 2 Lacs per annum previous year. Mostly backed jobs were offered to the students. Avg package was around 1.5 Lacs per annum.
Placements: We only had one company, which visited our campus, that is L&T Infotech (LTI). M.Sc (CS), B.Sc (CS), B.Sc (IT), were part of the pool. Around 112 candidates attended the placement, out of which 12 candidates were shortlisted. For graduates, the salary was around 2.5 LPA, and for postgraduates, it was around 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. There weren't any roles specified, as you've to complete the training programme and then you'll be interviewed in LTI for the roles in which you're interested. The internshi...
Placements: The placements are really good in this college. The companies like TCS BPS, eClerx and ICICI Bank also come for the campus recruitment in our college. Also, some sessions and seminars were conducted separately for the placements for the students so that we could prepare better for the interview and GDs.
Placements: The placements were good enough. We had TCS and other similar companies coming for placements. About 50% of the students were placed. Few students also choose to opt out of the placement process. The average salary was 3 LPA. Students had to find internships on their own. The college had offered internships to some students. But mostly everyone found internships on their own.
Placements: The placements came but there was a rule that only those people can give interview who stays from Thane to Nerul and Chembur to Nerul, and many students were staying outside. Due to this rule, many of them could not be able to give the interview, even the placements offered by the college and the one who got the job through placements they were happy as the job offered was good and salary was also good as for freshers.
Placements: Placement provided by the college was pretty good. Companies like TCS, RBS Bank, Axis Bank visited our campus for placement. The package offered was as per industry standards. The JD was also pretty good. Majority of the interested candidates were placed. Our seniors batch also had the similar ratio. The course also required us to do a compulsory internship which helped us to gain our first industry experience. The internship duration was one month.
Placements: SIES is known for great placement opportunities. Reputed companies periodically visit colleges for smart and talented graduates. Equal opportunity is granted to all. Renowned companies come every year and students are given equal opportunities to compete though competition could be fierce. The placements are one of the best offerings in this college.
Placements: Placements are less but good as compared to other colleges but 1 thing is that the package that is given by the companies is very less. They give max to max 2 lacs as the package per annum. RBS, Axis Securities, WNS, eClerx, etc. were the companies that visited.
Placements: Placements were fairly good. Not many top companies came so fewer people got. Mostly, people found jobs of campus outside or went for PG courses immediately. Seniors were also fairly placed on-campus. For graduation level, placements weren't the key motive for students and as well for the companies.
It is a good college situated in Mumbai. The main issue about the college is the attendance, especially in Nerul. The faculty is good in the BMS (known as bachelor in Management studies in Mumbai University) department. The eateries outside the college are very good like the dosa plaza, etc. The canteen in SIES is also nice. The railway station is close by and hence, traveling is quite comfortable. The crowd is like a normal college. The annual college fest which is for 2 days i.e. SIESONS is t...
Placements: 40% students are placed but the number is surprisingly good since most of them actually go for the Masters degree so do not participate at all. The top recruiters are usually BFSI, BPO or KPO and small service companies majorly in Marketing, Customer Service and HR domains.
Placements: College has good environment and the professor's are very fluent and good in nature. College has good infrastructure with 6 floor in total. A calm and peaceful library where students can study and do their work. Overall a good college for graduation or jr college.
