College can improve extracurricular activities rather than being completely focused on academics.

Placements: Almost 70% of students get placed in IT firms, with an average salary of 4.5 lakhs. TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant are some of the recruiters who take a large number of students. Internships are tough to crack as the college rarely gives any free time due to its academic strictness.

Pretty decent college because of the placements and research opportunities.

Placements: The previous year, the placement percentage was 80 percent. The highest package is around 28 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The top companies are Haber, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra. Most roles offered are software engineers, and some sales roles are also offered here. Core companies are also coming, like Tata Power, etc.

The top recruiting companies are Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, Capgemini and other mass recruiting companies. 30 percent of the students got internships at companies like Haber and PwC. Infrastructures could be better.

Placements: About 83% of students got placements last year. The highest package offered was INR 32 lacs, the lowest package offered was INR 4 lacs, and the average was around INR 5 lacs. Tata consultancy services, Infosys, Wipro, Tata Steel, etc. are the top recruiting companies. About 60–70% of students got internships from our courses.

Not happy with our college, it should have a better placement with good packages.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed each year, but most of them go with off-campus placement and get placed. The average package of the college is just 5 LPA which is not at all satisfactory as in metropolitan cities 5 LPA is not enough to survive and to send money to parents or pay loans.

Placements were good in 2018, academics pressurising and good sports facilities.

Placements: Around 70% of the students got placed in the previous year batch. From our branch EEE, many of the students opted for higher studies and GATE, so they did not attend placements. Out of 600 students, around 425 students were placed. The highest salary package offered by the company was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. An average college with poor infrastructure and mediocre faculty.

Placements: Almost 600 students sat for the written test when the 1st company came to the campus. Infosys was the 1st company to come on day 1 followed by Wipro. The policy of the college is to bar the students from appearing for other companies selection procedure if they have already been placed. Since Wipro came on day 2 and the Infosys selection result was not out, all the students were allowed to appear for Wipro selection process. Infosys selected around 210 students and Wipro around 150. Other compan...

Infrastructure: the infrastructure of the college is the most disappointing part of this college. The whole college is within the circle of 500 m radius. The laboratory is not fully equipped, they don't even have proper sports ground and the hostel facility is really bad. Only good thing about their infrastructure is its library. Placements: placements are good as compared to other private colleges in Odisha. Recruiting companies are, Infosys, Wipro, Mind Tree, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra etc. P...

It has a very good management and provides the best academics in the state. This is one of the best institutes for pursuing B.Tech in Odisha. It also provides in campus hostel facility for both boys and girls. Only Cons is that it doesn't provide a Wi-Fi facility in the hostel. The placements are very good. The food is average in the canteen but there is a cafeteria facility available for students also.

The campus is small and secure.

Placements: We haven't been placed yet because we will pass out in 2023. The highest package offered last year was 25 LPA by Amazon. There were other good placements as well. Wipro, TCS and Infosys hired most of the students. Cognizant also comes here.

I am dissatisfied with college placements and teacher's knowledge.

Placements: The placement record of our college is about 30-40%. Only IT companies visit our campus for recruitment. None of the companies visited our campus for placements of electrical and instrumentation students. Around 10-15 students get placed in the electronics companies. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA.

You can surely choose this college if you want to pursue higher studies after B.Tech.

Placements: Placement is very poor in Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. A majority of the students graduate without even being placed. Also no reputed companies visit this college except for some companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys. Packages offered here is very low. Even the highest package amounts to 25K rupees per month. So to sum up Silicon is a great place for those to seek higher studies and not a good job after B-Tech. Placements in Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar are very...

Overall, it is a study-oriented college, negligible campus life and good faculty but bad placements.

Placements: Placements are from mass recruiters like Infosys and Wipro. Also, a few startups like Aptus Data Labs and Acesocloud visit our campus. Overall, there is not such a good placement scenario as the companies which are visiting pay less. The highest salary package offered is about 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is Rs.18,000 per month. Internship scenario is null, and college also doesn't take extra steps for it. Placement cell is good and arranges pre-placement training classes from th...
