It is one of the best colleges to begin your professional education.
Placements: Few students got placed from our branch, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. The top recruitment company was from consultants basically in environmental engineering. The top role offered was in BBMP, and many opportunities are available in Bangalore compared to other cities.
Infrastructure: All the facilities like Wi-Fi, good labs and classroom are maintained in good condition. The quality of food is good, and facilities for sports are also good. There is a gym with separate timing for male and female candidates, and a football court is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, and the course makes students industry-ready to some extent. Exams are not that tough, and almost everyone can clear exams easily. All the topics are covered by the faculty members with great attention, and it is very easy to clear exams.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to save our planet using innovative ideas. Field experience should have been provided more. College fest is a great and amazing time to have fun.

My overall experience is unsatisfactory.
Placements: On-campus placement for Environmental Engineering is very poor. At best, 8-10% of students get placed in core companies. However, placements are great for circuit branches. The highest offer for our batch was around 3 LPA and the lowest was 0.96 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has good canteens, great wi-fi, and a decent library. The classrooms are generally well lit and sufficiently ventilated, except for a few. Department lab facilities are awful with repaired apparatus and shortage of glassware/chemicals.
Faculty: Teaching is off the mark. The curriculum is well designed, if only it were well delivered. You can hope to receive an introductory-level insight into the subject. Practical/field knowledge through the course is inadequate. All in all, industry-readiness is left to the initiative of the student with little to no help from the department.
Other: The college provides a good opportunity for personal growth through a host of extracurriculars, provided you take part in them.

The faculty experience and quality is a spectrum. The infrastructure and administration is weak.
Placements: The placements go great for the circuit branches. They have it all year round. The others don't get as much. 600-700 students got placed. Accenture, Infosys, Bosch, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Nokia, etc. are the recruiters. Packages varied between 3 and 23 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: The college is Wi-Fi enabled. The library is open up to 7.30 pm. One football field, cricket field and a hockey field is present along with basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton courts as well. The classrooms are well lit naturally and some labs have old or unusable equipment. The canteen is good except for one. Drinking water problem exists due to the negligence of the concerned authorities. The hostel accommodates many students and the food is horrible.
Faculty: The faculty quality is a spectrum from the worst to the best. The experienced professors are good with what they know and teach well as well. But many of the other professors don't do justice to the position. There is no application based teaching as much as it should be.

Reasonably Satisfied. Well recognized college.
Placements: Excellent placements are offered. The companies that are invited for placements are not just mass recruiters but also core companies. Everyone is given a fair chance through placements. All branches of engineering are offered jobs from various companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is brilliant. Wide lands of greenery with a safe environment for students is assured. The college has good laboratory facilities and machine shops. It also has an amazing cricket, basketball and football ground. The infrastructure is very vast.
Faculty: The faculty is good. Most of the professors have PhDs in their respective fields. They are qualified and are helpful. The course is designed in such a way that the students are not stressed or burdened too much. There is a positive environment for learning.
