Review of Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.
Placements: The maximum percentage of students placed varies from 97-100%. The packages are from 3 LPA to 20 LPA. The top recruiting company in the core industry is Altron, and many come from IT. The last set of students passed out in 2021 had 99% internships mostly in IT companies, and 5 students had their jobs placed in core industry. The role offered is HR.
Infrastructure: Everything is good with a pleasant and calm area. The complete hostel facilities are good. The college has its own health care centre on the campus itself. Wi-Fi is good, and the infrastructure is better. It is good for students, especially for the students out of Coimbatore.
Faculty: The faculty members who work here are certified with a doctorate in their core subject. The experienced staff here are perfect. The course curriculum is based on the industry requirements as they have a curriculum framing committee where the persons are from both core and IT sectors. The minimum pass percentage is 50%.
Other: The reason I chose this course was this (instrumentation engineering) has its own role in many industries, and it is not much explored as of EEE and ECE departments. The job opportunities and security in this department are more compared to the IT sector. The thing which I need to improve is industry experience which is lacking due to the pandemic, and we have not experienced anything like an industrial visit. Fests are the best. Scholarships are provided.

Our college provides good teaching and good infrastructure.
Placements: About 100% of students were placed from our college. The salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA-6.5 LPA. IT companies are given priority, and trainee roles are provided. Internships will be provided to every batch. Internships also have job descriptions to follow, and it will be more helpful for students.
Infrastructure: Library, seminar hall, sports and everything are available in our college. Our college has a good infrastructure, and its responsibility towards work is also good. The food served is also of good quality. Computer labs, physics and chemistry labs are also available. There are high-tech Wi-Fi systems, and classrooms are very clean and neat.
Faculty: Faculty members here were friendly. The pass percentage is 50%, and the exams were also up to good standards. Industrial standards questions were asked in exams to know about the reality. The qualification of staff members is of a high standard, and they are helpful.
Other: This course is good, and I am interested in the instrumentation part. Staff members helped me to achieve success in projects.

The college has good placements and great infrastructure, and I recommend it to others.
Placements: Almost all the students of our batch got placed. The highest package offered was 6.5 Lacs per annum, the lowest package was 2.3 Lacs per annum, and the average package was 3.5 Lacs per annum. Companies including TCS and CTS offered a lot of opportunities. 10% of students got internships. The top role offered was program analyst trainee.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good. Labs are excellent with all the equipment. The lab assistants help students with experiments. The food court is good with different food corners. There are medical facilities. The college and staff provide good encouragement for students to participate in sports.
Faculty: The teachers are all qualified with PhD degree and are available at any time to help. It makes students industry-ready as it has good lab platforms and computer classes. The study materials will be provided by teachers to prepare for exams, and they can also be accessed in the library.

It is a good college for disciplined growth.
Placements: The average salary package offered at our college is 4 LPA. We even get startups and core company offers to begin our careers. The highest salary package offered by Amazon is 24 LPA. Product-based software companies like Zoho also visit our college. Internships and student project schemes are offered for pre-final year and final year students. Companies of day-1 like CTS, Infosys and Wipro recruit many students every year. More than 80% of the students get placed every year. The highest percentage of placements recorded was a wholesome 100% in the year 2019.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are big enough and not congested. Smartboard and internet facilities are fair enough to study and utilize in a proper way. In the library, there are 5 floors full of books and also an internet browsing lab where we can search for papers and journals at any time we want. The hostel is being renovated now, and the new hostel buildings are good to stay. Our college has a block explicitly for healthcare. It has all essential medicines, and a doctor also visits frequently. Students can consult with the doctor regarding any problems. The physical education and training department is one of the most active departments of our college. Our college has won many trophies in sports which is exhibited at the reception of our college. Students are allowed to use the playground for training whenever they want, and transportation facilities are also available for sportspersons.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in our department are PhD holders, and they have good knowledge of the subject. Students can raise doubts whenever they want or ask them in their cabin during break hours. The curriculum is framed in such a way that students have only less gap between academic knowledge and industrial application. Respective lab sessions are planned for subjects taken during that term.

Not exactly satisfied by the placements and faculty's knowledge. But it was until we got graduated.
Placements: The placements are offered to the talented and deserved students. Top MNCs like Infosys, Wipro, CTS, and Accenture comes under Day 1 placements. Nearly 8.2 out of 10 people got placed. The highest salary was 8 lakhs per annum, and the lowest salary was 3-4 lakhs per annum. Off-campus MNCs like TCS, Laursen and Turbo, Microsoft, Johnson and Johnson, Soliton, and Global edge also were in the list of placements in our college.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, and the quality of the equipment is also unquestionable. Wi-Fi facility will be available properly in both men and women hostels. In college laboratories, the systems are maintained and kept in good condition. Our college canteen food was once not comfortable because there is no sufficient enough place for the students. But during my 3rd year, it was built spacious. And coming to the quality of food, it was not good. The hostel rooms are comfortable and were cleaned properly. There will not be any complaints about the women's hostel.
Faculty: In our batch, we were lagging knowledgeable faculty. Only a few were good in their subjects. During our final year, we got some good staff members. There was no scarcity of faculty but was the scarcity of knowledgeable faculty.
