The placements are just mediocre as the placement department works really hard to get the students placed but they fail to improve the students' "employability".

Absolutely satisfied with the academics part. Really good staff but need more cultural activities.
Placements: The placements are great, even though it's a recession period. The college provides the utmost help to get students placed, and further, it depends on the individual to utilize the opportunities for getting placed. Students are provided with placements starting from the third year (6th semester) to attend interviews.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is average, but the food is pretty decent and adjustable. It is a completely Wi-Fi-enabled hostel, but the network may buffer sometimes. Otherwise, it's okay. The food can be changed if there's a major complaint from many students. We can raise the issue with the warden and authorities to change the menu.
Faculty: The curriculum is totally aligned with Anna University's syllabus and follows the norms of Anna University. We have two internal exams before the semester exam. The books for preparing are available in the library and can be taken to refer to for the end semester or internal exams. We should learn to manage academics as well as leisure time.
Other: The best thing about this college is that it values entrepreneurship, and we have an incubation center for startups called SREC Park, which helps us through our entrepreneurial journey with the help of the staff.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: 100 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest, the lowest and the average package offered in your course are 8 to 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is Zifo. Students got internships from our course and companies are good core companies. The role offered in our course is associate.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course/department are free Wi-Fi, high-tech labs, classrooms, libraries, etc. The quality of the facilities in our hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, and sports and games are all good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good. This course curriculum is relevant to industry; it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in this college are difficult. The pass percentage is 6.5 CGPA.
Other: This course is the best thing. Events, Fest, Campus Crowd, Connectivity, Campus Surroundings, Scholarship, Extracurricular Activities, etc. are there.

One of the Best institution for placements in Coimbatore.
Placements: SREC offers slightly above average placements, with above 70% of students placed every year. Especially in CSE and IT, there are various IT placement opportunities. The highest salary offered last year was 15 LPA, and overall 27 LPA by Amazon, with the lowest salary being 3.5 LPA offered by Cognizant Technologies. Top companies recruiting from our college include Mahindra, Mercedes-Benz, HCL, Soliton, Amazon, ZOHO, and others. Here, 75% of students got internships in their 3rd year based on tier CGPA/GPA. By pursuing CSE or IT, you would be able to specialize in roles like Developer, Cybersecurity, UI/UX Designer, and more.
Infrastructure: In our department and in the library, Wi-Fi facility is good. Labs are not up to the mark compared to other institutions. Some labs are used only for accounting purposes. Classrooms are neat but not Hi-Fi. Hostel facilities are not well appreciated; the old building's toilets are Indian-style. There is an International Hostel available, but it costs 25% more than normal. The canteen, known as "FC" - Food Court, is truly good, price-efficient but lacking in variety. This college gives much importance to sports such as football, volleyball, etc. There is a Health Center at the end of the campus; a doctor is always available, making it reliable.
Faculty: Teachers of this institution are knowledgeable. There are some psycho staff, but most of them are well-qualified; more than 60% of them are Ph.D. holders, and some are pursuing it. The course curriculum is subjective based on your opinion because for our course, we face some issues, but other departments are good with these curricula. The difficulty of exams is average, not too hard or easy. The pass percentage is always above 75%.
