Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.

Extremely happy with many facilities offered by the campus to the societies.
Placements: About 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Capgemini, Honeywell, etc., visit the college. Almost 90% of students got internships in various aerospace manufacturing companies and research institutions like CMTI, IIT Madras, and NIT. Top roles offered by this course are aircraft or automobile design engineer, aircraft maintenance engineer, manufacturing engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very vibrant. It has highly equipped labs, digital libraries, and Wi-Fi. The hostel is very nice. The hostel food is clean and hygienic. Our campus has a health center. It is available with 24/7 working hours. Sports and games are very important in our college as well as academics.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders. They have great knowledge and skills. This course curriculum is relevant. It prepares students to survive in the industry. Semester examinations are very strict and hard. It makes students knowledgeable and skilful. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I am interested in aircraft, so I chose this field as my career. It is a growing field in the last decades. Most of the students are not aware of this course. On our college campus, we celebrated a lot of fun events.

Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, etc. Our department provides very good infrastructure. The quality of the hostel facilities is good. The quality of the food in the mess and canteen is good. Sports, games, and medical facilities are very good.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the industry. Exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. Aircraft is the best. Events, fests, the campus crowd, and scholarships are good.

Our college provides good placement opportunities for all departments.
Placements: Placements are the top priority in our college. A lot of companies offer placements in our course with a salary package of 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA based on our skills. Students get placed in core companies like L&T, Capgemini, and other IT companies. Around 80-100% of students get placed in our course.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms in our college are good to stay in. They provide free Wi-Fi for hostel students. Food quality will be average to good. Our college has a separate clinic for students. They provide different types of snacks in the evening with tea.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and knowledgeable. Our course students learn different types of courses which increase the area of interest. Semester exams are not so difficult if students start studying from the beginning of the course. The pass percentage is above 50%.

Good to be a part of SREC.
Placements: Only IT companies visit the college. But, it is not a problem as 40-50% of the students get placed in the IT sector. The highest package offered is 5-6 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies that visited are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant etc. The college provides internships only to 10 to 20 members.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. The course/department gives you full support. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library facilities are good, and I would rate them 4.5 out of 5. Quality of facilities in our hostel is good. Quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports and games is great.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality can be rated 4 out of 5. This course curriculum is according to Anna University, and it is relevant to the industry. It makes students industry-ready for 60%. The curriculum was changed after 2016 batch.
