Placements: Placements are less compared with commerce students. Very few of our seniors got placed. People who have already done with some internships are given some more priority. There was internship fair also, but for BA there is no internship offering. There is a placement cell in our college. They do well.
Placements: Among the south campus colleges of Delhi University, Sri Venkateswara College provides the best placements for its students. The college has a placement cell, which conducts the placement activities and also internship fairs for 1st and 2nd-year students. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, etc., recruit students from our college, every year. The maximum package offered was 6 LPA to 6.5 LPA. Placements for commerce students are very good.
Placements: The placements in our college are very less for our course and a few companies approach our college to recruit students, but there is rare chance to get selected. The companies that visit are not the same always, and they are not predictable. But, the placements from other courses are good.
Placements: The placement cell of the college has brought top 3 companies(Deloitte, KPMG), and few more good companies. The packages were good, and the package starts from 1.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA. They provide updates about the new internships. The highest salary package in our batch is 4.5LPA
Placements: The placements are good. There are a large number of students who join the companies with the help of the placement cell. The college, through the placement cell, provides opportunities to go through counselling. Many companies have visited accordingly to offer jobs. Overall, the placement cell is nice and provides huge opportunities.
Placements: The placement cell works constantly throughout the year. It not only provides internships to students but also drives the student's opportunities for career, fellowship and campus ambassador. The highest salary offered by the company is 6 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 2 lakhs per annum. There are no. Of companies visit every for the placement drive for e.g. KPMG and Oberoi Group. There are different kinds of role provided by the placement cell according to their talent. The percentage is not...
Placements: For arts courses, there were no good placements. The major focus was on professional courses like B.Com or science courses. They should focus on all the courses for placements and give them an opportunity. The placement cell should be strong and invite companies for all courses.
Placements: A placement cell is there to look after the placements. 160 placements and 470 internships were provided. Rs. 16 LPA was the highest package offered and Rs. 4.2 LPA was the average package. Companies like Wipro, Deloitte, Genpact, Aon, KPMG, McKinsey, Grant Thornton, American Express, Indus Valley Partners, ACG, The Princeton Review, NIIT, etc. came for recruitment. Around 25% of the people who applied for placements received job offers.
Placements: Several marketing and technological companies visit the campus. The highest package was nearly 9 lakhs this year but the average is nearly 3 lakhs. Placements were directed by the placement society. You have to register for the placements first, then by the usual procedure, you are tested and placed.
Placements: The placements for mathematics honours are near to zero only, as this is a course where people join to become researchers and nearly everyone does their M.Sc after completing their graduation. So placements opportunities are not available.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is really an active one. During our time, the companies which came were NIIT, KPMG, Grand Thornton, Axis Consultancy etc. The average salary was 2.5 lakhs and basically, analyst role was offered. It was also a drawback that the companies like Ernst & Young, Deloitte could not visit us.
Placements: The placements at the college are role specific. Several top brands recruit from Sri Venkateswara College. The roles offered have varying eligibility criteria, ranging from course undertaken to the marks obtained during the course. The package varies between 4-5 LPA.
The college has a good campus with nice buildings and classrooms are in good shape. It has a big library and very good playing ground. The faculty is fine. One thing you are going like is that the South Delhi and the Gurgaon crowd mixes with people from all around India. The Satya Niketan market is right in front of the main gate with some good restaurants and lounges to hang out with friends. The annual cultural fest of the college is quite famous and if you get in here, you better be prepared ...
My college is one of the most famous, well-crowded colleges with a good teaching staff amongst Delhi University. Classes are interactive and I find faculty very friendly and helpful in nature. Our students are not only good in studies but also in organising/attending fest and various cultural programmes and other inter college sport events.
The college is a reputed one, as it comes under Delhi University. The full name being Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam's Sri Venkatesewara College, University of Delhi has a North and a South Campus and it is considered as the best college in South Campus. Though the campus is not huge but the Infrastructure is fairly good, as it is a Government College. It is best known for its crowd. For most of the students the college's crowd is one of the major reasons for joining it. As far as the faculty i...
Placements: No placements for my course. Ofcourse students who are pursuing professional course can get placements which pay them well.On campus placements are not beneficial but also Hassel free for the students.Minimum package offered is 5 LPA in 2021-22.It's actually a good number.
Placements: About 14 students got placed through campus placement. My batch has 40 students. Most of the recruiting firms were in the consulting field rather than data science or data analytics. The roles offered were for risk analysts and consulting analysts. The highest package offered was INR 14 LPA.
Placements: Our college provides average placement opportunities. We have a placement cell. The placement cell provides good placement opportunities in various companies. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Our college has a strong alumni network. It helps in getting placements easily.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my college is decent but they are mostly from the Economics Hons batch. Very few are placed after completing their B.Com. The top recruiting companies are Flipkart, Johnson and Johnson, Amazon, etc. The roles offered here are for the position of HR. The highest and the lowest package last year was 5.5 LPA and 1.8 LPA respectively.
