Good Infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: If I talk reality, Covid has really affected our academics and placements as well as few students out of the whole class got a good chance to go for placement after Bachelors. After B.A. History (Hons), mostly people went for either further studies in M.A. or for content writing jobs. There are lot of internship opportunities that students get, during the period of their graduation. Students get a chance to do internship with many companies and research work. If I talk about myself, I got the c...

There is great exposure from teachers and good placements.

Placements: Most of our batchmates were placed in good companies with a good salary package of around 4 LPA to 7 LPA on average. The placement cell of our college is very good, and well-known companies recruit students. KPMG is the main company that recruits many students from B.Com and economics Hons course.

Average infrastructure, good quality of faculty and very good placements.

Placements: All the students who applied for placements were placed at good companies. Others opted for higher studies. The salary package started from 3.6 LPA and was up to 18 LPA for our batch. Companies like KPMG, DE SHAW, EY, Grant Thornton etc. actively take part every year. Most people who applied for internships got them in companies like KPMG, EY etc. However, there were many students who didn't apply for internships. Analyst, Consultant etc. are some of the famous roles applied in B.A. (H) Economic...

Review of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.

Placements: A lot of students got placed. 53 students in my course got placed, which is a huge number. The highest number of placements are offered in my course every year. This year was no exception. According to the placement report of 2020-21, 148 has been the total number of placements offered. A lot of internships are also offered. An internship fair is held in February. The placement cell makes a lot of effort for the same. It is a successful event every year. More than 37 organizations come for the i...

It is one of the best colleges in the South campus of DU.

Placements: Our college has a very active placement cell arranging and monitoring various placement opportunities and internships. Every year, various top companies such Deloitte, KPMG, DE Shaw, etc., hire students from our college. It provides good infrastructure and teachers, but placements are not good.

Placements: The students that are placed in our course that is the bachelor of arts in economics honors are very less for the year 2021. Although companies are visiting our college for placements still not many students can get placed. The reason may be because everything went online due to covid-19.

It is the most disciplined college of Delhi University.

Placements: Almost 30 to 40% of the students got internships. B.Sc. honors in physics is a very prestigious course so generally, people are not looking for jobs after graduation. Most students come here to learn physics and do a master's or something related to physics. So I haven't seen any students getting placements after the course.

Sri Venkateswara College is an underrated institute.

Placements: Placements are mostly available only for students pursuing commerce subjects and in streams related to commerce. This is the only drawback. But this situation is in every undergraduate college.

The college conducts various events and annual fests. The Nexus event is very famous.

Placements: The placement cell of our college always supported us with the timely internship notification of various companies. Further, it depends on a specific course and your skills to get a good placement. The salary packages offered are not so reliable for non-technical branches.

I had an astounding experience, and the college has nice and benevolent faculty.

Placements: In my course, B.Sc. life sciences, there are no placements on campus as it is not a professional course. Some ed-tech startups hire students from my course for teaching purposes at the internship level. You can make your own way to get placed in some startups. There is an internship fair conducted by different departments, and you can check it out too.

Review of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.

Placements: The placements are quite lucrative, which are provided by the placement cell of our college. We used to receive leads of at least 3-4 placement opportunities every day. Moreover, apart from college-level placements, nowadays, we have department-level placement cells too, with loads of opportunities.
