M.Tech 2016 to 2017 experience in St. Martin's Engineering College.
Placements: There are placements in our college. Most of the software companies are coming as pool drives, but not as on-campus drives as we, in our college expect to come. Many of the companies are coming to our college, but BPOs are in huge number, apart from core companies we expect to come. The companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, IBS software, HGS, Genpact, Amazon, Mindtree, Episoft, Tata Technology have visited our campus. Roles like software engineer, software developer, technical support assistance, seller support, customer support are offered. The highest salary offered was 6 lakh per annum, and the lowest was 2 lakh per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for computer science engineering is good in our college, with good culture and neatness. There is Wi-Fi in our college, but up to a limit. The classrooms are good, but they need to developed with digital improvements. The library has good space with good books, which can be better if it is developed. Medical facilities are instant. Sports are given right preference in our college by organising college competitions when you name NBA In Telangana, SMEC is the only college which comes first from all the students' mouth. The labs and classrooms are good, but not excellent. They can develop labs with the latest version of the available technology. Food is really average, and they can develop it, and there are many open stalls like icecream stall, frankie stall, etc. The hostel rooms are neat and tidy.
Faculty: The campus has senior professors with PhD and junior lectures with a minimum of M.Tech as their qualification, and their way of teaching is different, and they have the patience to listen to students' doubts. The teaching methods were innovative and real-time based as they used to give us time to understand and then proceed to other topics. They have excellent knowledge and are helpful till the end of our exams and after. We did get an industrial exposure.

The ambiance and the greenery in the college was very good.
Placements: From the ending of the 6 th semister you were allowed to enter into the placements that the student are eligible for the campus placement. There are many companies like TCS, and IBM, DELLOITE are the companies offers placements The highest package on campus gets upto 36 Lacs per annum and the average package is about 12 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Not the best not the worst college. But still we have better options to go with. We cab get good books in the college itself. Good technology and architecture in the college. Good in the sports activities. We have many social groups included in the college like street case & human save.
Faculty: The faculty is good to every student. And the exams are strict and the semister is in our college it will be strict and most of the students will pass in exam. Mostly they fails in labs because we should be friendly with teaches and lab faculty members. So that we get good marks and for that we get a good CGPA.

Our college has good facilities and a good environment.
Placements: 60% of students are placed in good companies in our AI and this course. The highest package is 14 lakhs and the lowest package is 7 lakhs, with an average package of 9 lakhs. 47% of students got an internship from campus selection. Companies are Microsoft, Wipro, Ey Nova, and Indica.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided include modernized classrooms with projectors and TVs, Wi-Fi connectivity in campus labs equipped with materials, a library with a greater number of books. I think the hostel provides good facilities, including good food, medical facilities, and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive in the classroom. They teach effectively and in an understanding way. Teachers are highly qualified with Masters and higher degrees. The students are trained to be industry-ready. The semester is difficult to ***. In all AI and this subjects, the pass percentage is 58%.

Review of St. Martin's Engineering College (SMEC Secunderabad).
Placements: Many companies are visiting our college for campus recruitment. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 50 LPA. Many students are placed every year. Top companies provide placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has labs that are good for high-speed internet. There are many computer labs and well-trained faculty members. Every week, there are 4 labs for particular departments. They are providing smart classes and there are no classrooms for 1st to 4th-year students. Hostel facilities are good and separate for boys and girls.
Faculty: Our teachers are well trained and well educated. The teaching is good. Exams are conducted by every department every month, like internal and external midterms and semesters for all departments at a particular time. The pass percentage of the college is 80%.
Other: I chose information technology for technical learning on the software side.
