Offering courses at reasonable prices.
Placements: Mostly 80% of students got placed in core companies. A few of the students got placed in the software field. They provide training to students to develop their communication and reasoning skills. We won't get any training for technical skills. The maximum pay offered to the hired talents would be 6.89 LPA in our department.
Infrastructure: Students who get concessions for fees based on sports quota are appreciated to play sports at the university level and to win trophies and rewards for making the college proud. There is strict monitoring of students' movements, especially girls.
Faculty: Fee concessions will be given to students who score higher marks in their bachelor's degree as well as in sports quota. The fee discount is made only from the tuition fees. Teachers won't appreciate everyone easily. It is very hard to get recognition from teachers.

Highly encouraging environment.
Placements: The huge offers with the highest salary package given to our department students. Most of us selected for the intern vacancies with the support of the staff members. As 75 percentage of students got placed in campus offers, which includes MNC companies too.
Infrastructure: Sports spirit of students were highly appreciated by the teachers. Special attention given to the sports persons and encouraged them to participate in all the sports tournaments. In the laboratories incharge staff were appointed to take care of lab equipments.
Faculty: Teachers works in the flavour of the students especially during the examinations. Teachers help us in solving the issues and make all the concepts to understand obviously. In semester examinations questions were twisted to test the understanding of the students.

PGDM in Business Analytics - Batch of 2023

Review of PGDM in business analytics from the St. Teresa's college.
Placements: Teresa's college offers decent placements opportunities to the students of PGDM course. In our course, students were not only getting placements but also getting internships at this college. The average package offered in the college was between 4 and 8 LPA. Top roles offered were business associate, business analyst, advisory, etc.
Infrastructure: Teresa College has a decent infrastructure for the PGDM course. Students were provided with all types of facilities, such as Wi-Fi, labs, libraries, canteens, sports, etc., on campus. The college also gave hostel facilities to the students. The campus of the college is fully secured for the students.
Faculty: The teachers of the college were good. All of them were helpful and supportive to the students. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. The course curriculum was relevant and makes students industry-ready. Exams can be easily passed at this college.

One of the emerging colleges.
Placements: I got placed in Biogen as a laboratory research analyst with the initial payment of 35000 in a month. Companies keep on visiting our college campus from the start of August to the end of the year. Also, I got an opportunity to work as an intern at Roche company without a stipend.
Infrastructure: Security breaches and ragging were not encouraged by the college; they were strongly punished or suspended from the college. Also, when it comes to the dress code, students were asked to wear shalwars with shawls for girls, and coats were provided for the staff.
Faculty: Teachers actively recognized the talents of the students and motivated us to follow the correct path to lead a successful life. They were mostly commendable when we failed to do the assignment or failed to obey their instructions. Apart from that, they were friendly with us.

Supportive community with a lot of care.
Placements: The placement in charge allows students to do internships based on their interests. They arrange internships in top MNCs. Top performers during internships are promoted to permanent jobs based on their performance. Graduates got placed in top MNCs with good packages and incentives.
Infrastructure: Academic sessions are handled by teachers in an understandable nature. Around 5-6 classes are held in a day. All problematic questions are solved by lecturers step by step. They mostly prefer to use blackboard instead of using digital board in explaining the problems.

B.Com. in Taxation - Batch of 2024

Not really satisfied with the college .
Placements: Around 50-60% of the students got placed into top companies like EY, Deloitte, Sutherland, and a few others offering 3-4 LPA. The job roles were Tax or Assurance Analyst or mostly in BPO as Vice Process Associate. Placements are carried out with an online test followed by an interview. Internship is compulsory during the 2nd year of the course. Most of them got into CA firms. Doing 1-3 internships is good as it can build a better resume.
Infrastructure: We have 3 blocks: the Arts Block inside the campus and both the Central and Science Blocks at Convent Junction. The main campus is accompanied by the main hostel. The campus is provided with Wi-Fi, and the library is upstairs. There is a media lab and a computer lab. The food in the canteen and café is good. The hostel provides food which is just okay. Vegetarian food is only provided during lunch. For dinner, non-vegetarian food is mostly prepared, which is average. The current fee is expensive, around 1 lakh per year. Prayer is a must for Catholics every day in the hostel. Charging time is till 10 PM, and outings are only on weekends. An ATM machine is provided near the office. The office staff has no uniformity or responsibility in distributing the certificates.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and well-qualified, knowledgeable, unlike teachers in regular departments. But it's annoying that half of the teachers won't take classes on time. Regular department students are supposed to take classes. Attendance is strict, and 73% is needed. Semester exams are quite difficult, but it's fine as previous papers are provided. The pass percentage is 40, which breaks down into 20 from 2 internals, assignments, and attendance.
Other: The faculty is good and really helpful. They provide placement notices and assistance with the subjects. There are many events that happen in our college. Celebrities are always invited to the college for promotions. Auditions happen for every club. All these excite students to attend college. However, there is not much campus life as there is no place to sit, talk, or eat. It's always hot inside the campus.
