Students are eligible to apply as a NRI if he/ she has appeared either for the 10+2 examination (equivalent to the Indian 12th) or Graduation outside India. It is mandatory for one of the two qualifying examinations to be given outside India.
It is mandatory to appear for SNAP for candidates who fall in the NRI Category and have appeared for their graduation in India.
A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

- Entrance TestEligible candidates need to appear for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). International candidates are exempted from SNAP, except those NRI candidates who have appeared for 10+2 outside India and graduation from India.
- GE-PIWATShortlisted candidates will be called for group exercise, personal interaction and writing ability test based on the score obtained in SNAP.
- Final SelectionCandidates are selected based on SNAP score and performance in group discussion, personal interaction and writing ability test. All international candidates who are exempted from SNAP their admission is based on the merit. Selection parameters and weightages: SNAP Score : 50 Marks Group Exercise: 10 Marks Personal Interaction: 30 Marks Writing Ability Test : 10 Marks
