I am not satisfied with teachers, infrastructure and placement drive provided by the college.

Placements: Almost 75% of the students are placed until now. The highest salary package offered by Cerner was 6.1 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant and Mindtree. The highest role offered was software developer and tester. Almost 25 to 45% of the students got internships.

I prefer only this college only to the students who speak Bengali.

Placements: About 40% of the students were placed in some of the IT companies such as Wipro. The highest salary offered was up to Rs. 40,000 per month. The average salary offered was up to Rs. 30,000 per month. The lowest salary offered in computer science was up to Rs. 22,000 per month. Microsoft is the top recruiter. Roles of software management and hardware management are offered. Almost 70% of the got internships in companies such as Wipro.

A pretty run-of-the-mill college that needs major improvements.

Placements: Placements in our college were average. The salary package offered for the students of our batch ranged from 2.5 -4.5 LPA. Some companies also offered a salary package of 5.5 - 6 LPA, but they hired only a few students. The placement scenario os our senior batch is the same as ours. As far as placement rates are concerned, the placement numbers were not very promising. Not more than 65%-70% of the students from our batch were able to get a job through campus placement drives. Jobs and roles offe...

College is above than average in west bangal zone. Suggested for CSE and ECE only.

Placements: Techno india group has good placement record. If your WBJEE rank is in between 20k to 35k then this is the best college for you in west bengal. Placement package is average like 3-4lakh per annum. As this college is in newtown so, off campusing is also very well and good. But placement percentage is very poor in case of college campusing.

TICT gave an awesome college life.

Placements: Placements in our college were poor to average. As compared to the number of students appearing for campus interviews, ver few students got selected. Only 2-3 software companies visited our campus for placements, and the success percentage was extremely low. I am a government service holder, yet I didn't get any job during the campus placements.

Placements in the college were average. However, the infrastructure was good.

Placements: The placement scenario at Techno International New Town (formerly known as Techno India College of Technology) was average. During our time (2010-14 batch), most of the companies that visited the campus had offered an average salary package of 3.2 LPA and nevertheless to say, most of them were IT companies. TCS is the mass recruiter, but they were reluctant towards non-IT students. Companies like Accenture, IBM, Mindtree, Infosys and many more visited the campus. A student can attend Techno Grou...

Techno international New Town formerly TICT.

Placements: The placement of the institution is at par with reputed colleges in Kolkata. The placements are particularly good for computer Science and IT background students. Big names like TCS, CTS, Genpact recruit students via pool campusing feom all Techno group of institutions. The seats offered are hence less.

Review of Techno India College Of Technology - TICT.

Placements: I pursued the BBA course here. Companies like Zycus, TCS, Infosys and even Amazon visited for placements. But the salary packages and job roles offered were not that great. Some companies offered jobs in BPO and BPS sectors. Hence, students actually need some guidance in selecting the companies that are beneficial for them.

Techno India College of Technology is worth your precious time and money.

Placements: I can't say that the placement record of our department is overwhelming, but if we consider the current market scenario, it's acceptable. The placement record of the last 2-3 batches had been disappointing. However, the scenario is changing slowly now. At least, multiple companies are visiting our college offering a decent salary package.

A good college with average placements.

Placements: During my tenure, the placements were average. Most of the students from our batch had to rely on the off-campus placements. That is not the case only for our batch but also the previous batches. Alumni base is also not strong.

Average college heading towards improvement.

Placements: The placements for my batch and my senior batch was decent. Almost 70% of the batch was placed. The average package was Rs. 3.5 Lacs. Some of the companies that hire from there are TCS, Amazon, Mindtree, Amdocs etc. TCS offers the role of an Assistant system engineer. Students don't get internships at the college. There is a Training and Placement Officer at the college.

Overall, it is a good college for engineering.

Placements: Since the civil department is a core branch, the students can only apply for the government jobs, but there is also scope in this college for the placements of civil students to get placed in some good software companies. If your programming skills are good enough, then you will get placed in good companies. This college is the best for some of the selected branches like CSE, IT, and ECE. Students are offered high salary packages.

Really pathetic thought faculty members would be good but it isn't so. Infrastructure is good.

Placements: A lot of companies came to recruit for 2018 batch as it is in techno India group so including pool campus more than 70 companies came. No any mass recruiting companies came. The placement record has been degrading. Hopefully some miracle could save the students life.

Engineering is not fully enjoyable here.

Placements: Placement for mechanical and civil engineering branches are not good. Electrical, ECE and CSE have an average record of 40% placement. Although an increase can be seen in coming years after college management started to attract new IT firms expanding in the area nearby. Seminars and counselling programs are regularly held in college.

Other than placements, everything of this college can be labbeled as good.

Placements: Placement is average. Mostly IT company comes for placement drive. In our batch, no mass recruiter came to our campus, though elegible students were allowed to sit in the pool campus drive of TCS. Capgemini os was the only big company which came to our campus and allowed students of all branches to sit in the drive.

Placement is not good, but faculty members and environment of the college are very good.

Placements: The placement was good for CSE, IT, but not good for civil, mechanical and electrical. For core departments, it is not at all a good college WRT placement. Overall, WRT faculty and other things, it's very good. If you want to study IT/CSE, then join the college.

Hopeless placements with good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements in our college is poor, especially in my stream I. e. Mech. Engineering. Only 10 out of 120 students got placed till date. The average salary offered to the students is 3 LPA. The highest salary offered is 7Lpa by Byju's classes. The role of the student that was offered the highest salary is of sales executive. No student was offered any internship from college. We were just provided a summer training in a CNC company. There is a placement cell but it hardly helps any student. The...

Not a very good college.

Placements: Most of the campus drives were pool campus drives, and very few students have got the placements. The college does not take any responsibility for the placements. There was only one company which have come for the placements, and that to it was not campus drive, and they have selected very few students. One has to be very good and lucky to get through the placements.

Though I have been placed but dissatisfied with the placement record.

Placements: I got placed in Capgemini, which was the only company came on campus. The rest were pool campusing. Around, 15 out of 120 students got placed till March. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA by Byju, and the lowest was around 1.25 LPA. The placement records have gone downhill in the last two years. The IT companies like Microsoft, CGI, IBM, etc., and much more other core and marketing companies have come to the campus. The roles of analyst and marketing were offered to the students.

Good infrastructure, but the students cannot use, only teachers are entitled to every privilege.

Placements: The senior batches of the college were well-placed with an average pay scale of 3.5 LPA, and about 65% got a prompt and good company. The highest, the lowest, and the average salary offered was Rs. 80,000 per month, Rs. 8,500 per month, and Rs. 30,000 per month respectively. Different IT companies like TCS, CTS, Capgemini, Byju, Zenith, Tech Mahindra, and Microsoft come to the on-campus, and off-campus drives include Bentley, Schneider corp, etc., on salt lake campus.
