Summary of the college would be: It is a good college, but I won't recommend you to join.

Placements: A quiet number of students have been placed in good companies regardless of their streams. The highest package given by our college would be around 13-15 LPA. Our top recruiting companies are Microsoft, IBM, and Tata Ions. Roles are data analyst and mainly software engineer.

Really good infrastructure and facilities .

Placements: None of the students from my batch are placed. We do not know about how placements are done or the average salary package offered in our course. The top recruiting company is TCS, and we also have modules related to our course taught by people from IBM.

What to Expect at Yenepoya campus?

Placements: This college has a reputation for being unreliable, particularly when it comes to placement opportunities. The actual placement rate is around 10%, which significantly undermines the value of the program. Based on my personal experience, I believe this college does not provide a legitimate education, especially for BCA students. The internship and placement prospects for BCA courses here at Yenepoya are poor, leading to a disappointing future for students.

Great environment, well structured course, high quality facilities and friendly faculty members.

Placements: The percentage of students getting placements is relatively low. There are students who find it themselves. The placement is purely based on the skill set of the students themselves. The students get training from IBM, TCS, and Microsoft, which does increase their chances of getting a placement. Although I've heard people saying things like it's hard to find a job in Bangalore if you're from Yenepoya. I've seen many great faculty members in the college who studied here itself.

It's a deemed-to-be university, and the college life is great, with enough students studying.

Placements: 50-60% of the students were placed. The average package is about 2-3 Lacs and the highest is 3.5-4 Lacs. IBM and TCS are the main companies. 30% were placed in IBM. Roles are computer applications, Data Science expert, etc. Top roles are engineering and BCA. Engineering is also good, powered by Kalvium.

A good college with good infrastructure, lectures, and other stuff.

Placements: BBA aviation travel and tourism 2023 batch students didn't get any placements. As we are COVID-19 batch students, it is difficult for us to get placements. There are job fairs with limited companies, but they are not related to our course. Lecturers share details with us if there are any recruitment drives anywhere.

Not a bad college to be honest.

Placements: My college have an average placement cell which might contains a max package of 15 LPA as a BCA student. Many of them don't utilise the opportunities given by the college to get good placements in top companies. Our top recruiting companies are IBM, Microsoft, TCSion and many more. The top most role offered by my course would be devops engineer or AI specials.

Good facilities and light syllabus.

Placements: More than 200 students are placed. My course has both IBM and TCS. Every year, 20 students have the campus placement. And there are many internship programs conducted in our college; it is not that much expensive and it's a good experience. Also, we have different workshops.

College is very nice and faculty are very friendly.

Placements: Placements are usually conducted by companies like TCS, IBM, and Microsoft, with which the college has tie-ups. Specialization is based on these companies' requirements, and they provide additional certificates that are an advantage.

Not just a review but an experience .

Placements: Mostly placement was done by the college itself; they don't have a huge placement cell actively performing in the college. The top recruiters are TCS, IBM, and Microsoft, but these are only just college words. They didn't take any placement from us.
