Excellent college and I feel the biggest asset of TCE is the freedom to the students and friendly faculty. The college has above average placement and it blends people of various culture together. Good lab facilities and wifi encapsulate campus makes life easy in TCE. Hostels are home away from home. Mess food is relative to the fee which they collect.

It’s one of the oldest Engineering College in India, known for its academic and cultural flair of education. There is no one to boss you around. Students feel free to do and venture out whatever they prefer. The college is in one of the most beautiful place of Madurai. Under the thiruparankundram hills. TCE has the one of the best faculties, Lab tie ups with Microsoft, TI, and IBM etc.

A good platform for self-learning. Syllabus and exam patterns are very challenging. You have to study hard. The one thing which I liked most is the freedom. You can do whatever you like to do like doing project work by bunking classes, roaming in the whole campus between college hours etc. You can learn and at the same time you can also enjoy anything.

I had graduated this year (2015) from the department of electrical and electronics engineering (EEE).TCE has provided me with four years of mixed emotions from studies to sports. TCE provides good living environment for the students compared to other colleges.

Could have been better in teaching, at least they could have given exposure to current technologies. Professors weren't updated with the current technologies nor were they good in their knowledge. Overall a bad experience. After graduating, I realized how bad the labs were when compared to private institutions and steps taken by the management for giving practical knowledge were minimum.

TCE has a good name and a strong alumni network. The college life is also quite relaxed. The best thing, at least in Computer Science department, is the opportunity to work on projects in the area of the student's interest. Lab facilities are available even after college hours. TCE also has tie-ups with T.I.M.E. for CAT coaching classes in campus. Hostel facilities can be improved and faculty quality is mixed. Some are good while some are not. Overall, it is a very positive experience.

One of the very good colleges in Tamil Nadu. Faculty are best and experienced. Situated at the outskirts of city, just 7 kilometres from the centre of city. Canteen is fair, but more number of variety of foods are available. Food court are for refreshments. No bus transport facilities for boys.

May be not located in city side but you can get everything from education to enjoyment, from freedom to fulfilment. Faculty members are always wish to help you in every possible ways. More number of PH.D. Doctorates to train and guide you. Very good relationship between senior and juniors. Ragging free campus.

I found a full freedom in learning many things there will be any restriction in any perspective. It was the very good platform for learning. The placement is really good. Based on the knowledge we learnt we will get better job opportunity. Even very average learning will have chance to get placed in campus interview. The placement training to final year students will be excellent.

It’s an excellent college. This college is for good and quality education. Nice environment is suited for good education. Teaching style of our college is fantastic. It’s a pleasure to study in this college. They are teaching us the latest and advanced portion. Placement opportunities in our college are good. They are providing practical knowledge.

One of the oldest and top ranked college in Tamil Nadu with an awesome infrastructure. Many of the labs are company sponsored. Autonomy gives the campus the much needed freedom to upgrade the curriculum as per industry demands easily. Experienced faculty, highly willing to help you in research projects and contests. Has a very good brand value among the companies. Therefore the placements has been good through all these years.

A fantastic worth paying fees with facilities, learning environment, a person who does not even studies if he or she comes to that surroundings they will become the top most of all. The faculty and facilities CCC lab, IBM lab etc. One of my favourite place is the basketball court and MY MCA department which is not listed in the course column.
