Most universities conduct their own entrance exam in India for admission in M.Sc course. B.Sc degree is must for joining M.Sc course. There is no age limit for pursuing an M.Sc degree. No, you can't join University College of Medical Sciences without NEET. However, for BSc and MSc courses NEET is not the source of admission.
