It is an average college.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. There are 80-90% placements for CSE and IT students. For the rest of the streams, the placements are not much good. The average package offered now is approximately 3-4 LPA, and the highest goes to 18 LPA based on your skills. Adobe, Deloitte, Infosys and Wipro are some of the companies that visit the campus. Placements are getting better year by year.

Placements are good for the computer science and information technology departments.

Placements: Many companies visit the campus every year to hire the students of the 7th semester. Students usually complete their course as per their curriculum and start to work in the company as a beginner to get trained. The placement rate of the computer science branch and information technology branch is about 95%. The placement rate of other branches is low. The placement rate of the biotechnology department is the lowest of all the departments and is about 20%-30%.

Faculty members need to be more helpful.

Placements: Placements in the college were quite good. Infosys also visited for mass recruitment. Deloitte was another company that visited to hire students. There is a placement cell, but they don't train us for interviews, and it is not much useful. We have other clubs like the debating society which enhances our speaking skills.

Placements and faculty are on a decent level. Dissatisfied with the infrastructure.

Placements: The placements provided in our college are decent which is neither too good nor too bad. If you are going for CSE or IT, the placement percentage is 100%. It is not guaranteed that you will be satisfied with your placements as the packages are not that high. On an average, the salary packages offered to placed students are fine. Some of the companies that visit our college are Deloitte, ZS, Optum, Jugnoo, Infosys, etc. There is a placement cell in our college, and it is called TPC.

Overall, my college experience has been average because there are no official trips, freshers, etc.

Placements: There has been a significant improvement in the placements. Many of my seniors got placed in some of the best companies like Infosys, Mu Sigma (Bangalore), Deloitte, etc. The minimum package offered was about 3-4 lacs per annum and the highest was 15 lacs per annum. There is a placement cell in the college which is known as TPC. The students in this cell help other fellow mates by giving them the required information regarding placements.

Not so good infrastructure, but faculty is good.

Placements: The placements were quite well. The average package was around 700000 per year. The highest package per year was 20,00,000. There are 100% placements for computer Science and information technology branch. There are less placements for the core branches like electrical, mechanical and biotechnology.

Overall it is a nice college, more practical learning is required.

Placements: Overall placements is fine but it can be made better. Placements for EEE branch is very low. Hardly 5-6 companies comes for specifically this branch. Most of the companies are IT companies and students of EEE are allowed to sit for those companies depending upon the eligibility criteria. The highest package was provided by Jugnoo on campus which was around 8.5 Lacs. Average package was around 4 Lacs.

As an IT student, till now, I am satisfied (90%) and hope to get placed nicely.

Placements: The placements are just okay, and I must say. The average placement is around 5-6 LPA. Around 80% of the students get placed, and the rest also get placed after the final round of placement. The student must have a CGPA of 7.0 and above for being able to be seated in the placement drive. The highest salary package that was given last year was 21 LPA from Adobe. After that, Jugnoo gave a package of 8.5 LPA to 5 students. The students were chosen as marketing heads and project heads. The companies...

The college provides a good life, people, food, fun, senior, and exams.

Placements: Almost all the students were placed on the campus. The average salary package was 3.95 LPA. The number of companies visits the college for the placements. Consultancy based job role got the highest companies which give good package. The college is good for IT people. There is no focus on each student. The average students remain average, and bright become stars. Overall, you have to do for your career. The faculty members guides, but there is no individual attention.

Placements can be improved and infrastructure could be better but overall fine college.

Placements: Overall placements were fine. Most of the companies were same for our and senior batch and gave same package. New companies came like jugnoo, u trade etc. Jugnoo gave the highest package in our campus of 8.5 Lacs per annum. Some of the students got good placements from pool campus drives. Average package was around 4.5 Lacs per annum. Companies do not come for internships on our campus. Placement cell could have been more active.

Good placements in 2017. Average infrastructure. Good location.

Placements: The placement scenario for computer science is pretty good. About 60% of the total students in a batch get the placements. The highest package being 6-8 LPA, and the lowest being 2.5 LPA. The average salary is 3-3.5 LPA annually. Many of the companies visit the campus namely Deloitte, Infosys etc. The training and placement cell is available in the college for the same. This cell manages the venue and looks after the officials of the companies.

Placements: The placements are good. Not every student of every branch gets placed. But, in CSE, the placements are almost 100%. Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, and Jugnoo are the main companies visiting the campus. There are many other companies that visit the campus. The highest package is 15 Lacs, and the lowest is 3.5 Lacs.

The average college, bad infrastructure, and average placements.

Placements: UIET is very well-known platform and has created a very good reputation because of being the favourite and top choice among students who wish to opt for a career in electronics and communication mainly because of its placement. The college has a placement cell which helps each candidate to prepare for the interviews by making them go through mock tests in their 3rd year and with extra events too. University Institute of Engineering and Technology, biotech branch, honest and first-hand review.

Placements: Biotech core companies are less compared to ECE, IT and CSE. However, when compared to EEE and mechanical, top notch staff makes it better for biotech. Even IT based companies, as well as consultancies like Delloite or ZS, are also available for biotech students. In the last batch, about 25 percent students got placed, but that number is more applicable to the individual students than the college. The internship scenario is quite less than placements. Placements: The placement scenario is quite ok but the package you will be offered at the time of placement will not be very good. Most of the students get placed in Infosys at a package of 3-3.5 lakhs. Infosys takes around 100 to 110 students from U.I.E.T Panjab University. But other companies like Deloitte also visit for recruitment which offers a package of around 6 to 6.5 lakhs. Companies like Jugnoo, ZX Associates, etc. also visit for campus recruitment with a good package of 10 to 12 lakhs. If we see ...

If you are looking to get into core companies, then you must be in CSE stream only, because no core companies for other streams visit for placements. 2. For other streams (also for CSE), the only chance for placement is to get into marketing job for two companies i.e. Deloitte and Musigma. 3.
