Excellent college with good placements but poor campus. Since it is a Government College, few problems are there in announcing results and exam schedule well in advance. Faculty is good and experienced. Principal is the motivation to learn. Lot of companies visit for placements.
Placements are very good. Infrastructure is okay. Building is very old but it has very good environment and nature inside the campus. There are very good opportunities for innovation and talent. Lecturers are very helpful and principal guides the students in every aspects. Classes will not be held regularly for M.tech students since PhD students will handle classes for M.tech students.
UVCE is a place one can enjoy, discover and get placed too. UVCE helps in overall development of person, where one will become more independent. It also gives a lot of time and opportunity for one to focus on his passion other than studies too. May be the infrastructure is not good, but that's not the only parameter you see. UVCE has got nice placement statistics from past few years. More than hundred companies visit the college every year. We were even pleased to have BPCL Company visit our cam...
Government college, One will have a lifetime experience. Would recommend it. The faculty is experienced, Labs are pretty old, but manageable. It is in city center, so commutation wise not a problem. Have to survive Bengaluru traffic though. Placements are very good, lot of companies, MNCs visit the college and always hire in bulk. While in the Government college, One will get an exposure about our government offices in India, the way things go about there, which is very important to know go...
Infrastructure is not good, facilities provided are also very less. But placement record is 100% for all the branches. All the lecturers are PhD holders and they have good knowledge of their respective subjects. College is located at the heart of the city of Bangalore. All top brand companies visit here for placements. Some of them are IBM, Mercedes, Volvo, Cogni, Applied materials, Microsoft, Tata motors, TCS, Wipro, NVidia, Google.
Placements: As the course is not such demanded in current generation but the placement are amazing in uvce, as compared to many college of Karnataka. I think the highest may be 12lakh and the lowest is 3lakhs per annum and average package is 6lakh. LT company which is located in Bengaluru so this is main company visit uvce and other companies such as tata, mahindra and other real state companies visit the college. There is no such internship because of less demand. The roles are amazing if you prepare for g...
Placements: Information Science and Engineering (ISE) had a 100% placement in the years 2022–23. In the past four years, ISE has topped the list. The highest package is 48 LPA (Fivetran); the average is 8 LPA. Palo Alto Network, Fivetran, SAP Labs, Fidelity Investment, Texas Instruments, Juniper Network, Delta Electronics, and Deutsche Bank are the top recruiters offered in my course.
Placements: The placement rate for this college is quite good as it's around 90%. The highest package for this course is around Rs 25,000 and the lowest course package is around Rs 10,000. There are some top recruiting companies in our course which usually come to recruit students. The internship rate for this college is also quite good.
Placements: The college provides the best placements for students. Various top companies like Nokia, ABB, Vedantha, Hilti, General Motor, Bosch and many more visit the campus yearly for placements. The best part of placements is the top government companies like BEL and BPCL also visit the campus for placements. Around 65% of the students in the college got placed until now. Still, many companies yet to visit the campus for placements.
Placements: The college provides better placements than other colleges. CS has very good placements, but other branches like EC, EE and mechanical suffer a bit. Civil engineering does also get very few opportunities. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA around 1,000 offers are provided every year. About 70% of students get placed.
