Placements offered in the year 2020 are very bad.

Placements: About 20% of the students got placed in the previous year. This year only one student got placed and that too for other branches job. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is Infosys. Almost 100% of the students from our course got internships in Guardian Infrastructure, Sobha Developers, some local companies, etc. Roles offered here are design engineer and site engineer.

Average teaching quality, below average placement and strict college rules.

Placements: In my batch 60 students were placed. There were around 90 students in my batch. As per my knowledge the highest package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest package was 1.8 LPA. Average package is 3.5 LPA as mosy of MNCs offers. The core companies visited is very few. Accord and karmic is the 2 companies I remember. No companies offered internship in 3rd year.

Good Education with Good Facilities.

Placements: 1) Placement is okay. Most of the companies are coming beginning of other year. When I was in final year 60% students were selected. From that 10% people are placed in to good companies. And remaining people are placed in to BPO + start up. Computer Science people will have high chance to getting placed.

I am absolutely happy with our college as it was good. But it could be better.

Placements: I have completed BE in information science from the 2013-17 batch. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Infosys, Indian Navy and Indian Army are few top companies in which students got an opportunity to get placed. Around 35-40% of the students from our course got placed.

Placements: Placements were good when I was in college. Many companies had come. HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Sankalp Semiconductor, Robosoft Technologies, Greenprint Technologies, Tech Mahindra etc. Few companies offered good packages that starts from 3.5lakhs and few other companies offered from 2.5 Lacs. Dissatisfied with campus environment, but education wise good.

Placements: For my seniors placements was very good. More than 70% of the students were placed by the end of the year. For our batch, until now only a handful of students are placed, hoping for better results. Lack of exposure to the outside world is the reason for less placements.

I was dissatisfied with the faculty and the quality of education.

Placements: Some companies do come for the placement to the college, but with less salary package and there are no more opportunities for civil engineering in placement. The special training programme is given to the students which of no use for the placement and many companies rejected the college by seeing the outside look of college.

It is the place where a person learn some ethics and more human values.

Placements: Here, the placements are around 50%. Like Robisoft, Wipro, Iwave, Macrolane, TCS, HP, companies recruit here. As far as concerned about the packages it not too bad. It is also getting companies like Infosys. For our senior batch, the placement was around 60%. It is recommendable.

VCET is good from my side

Placements: The placement for mechanical is not so good but this time, Infosys, Royal Enfield and Indian Navy and some more companies offered 3 to 5 lack packages. But for other branches like computer science and EC, the placement is very good. More than 30 companies had visited last time. The internship for the mechanical branch is compulsory and all 5th-semester students are offered for the internship in many companies like HMT Bangalore, MRPL Mangalore and more.

It is a good college with experienced lecturers and a nice infrastructure. I am very lucky to be a part of this institution. I recommend engineering students to have a look at this college before they select college. It is in a nice atmosphere of Puttur located nearby city with all needed things. Many companies like Infosys, Mphasis, Tech Mahindra and other MNCs also come for the placements. It is a worthwhile college to learn at.
