Placements: The placements in VJTI have never been a problem, although we have seen them dwindling in the last few years. 2016 placements were also not that great (not all branches got 100% placements). Placements: Placements start in the month of June every year. For my batch and my the senior batch, the placement was very good. Nearly 90% students got placed from my batch. Many big companies visited the college campus during the placement season. The core companies like Godrej, Hyundai, L&T and software companies like Microsoft and IBJ visited the campus. Placements: The placements were good. The lowest package offered was 3.5 lakhs and highest was 30 lakhs. Accenture, Airtel, Rakuten, Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Samsung, Credit Suisse, DirectI, Texas Instruments, Jio, Idea, Cisco were a few to be named. There were 100% placements with the average salary of 6.5-7 lakhs.

Placements: Placements are good in VJTI. Maximum people with CGPA more than 6.5 are eligible to sit for college campus placements. In VJTI, there are 2 companies you can get. One is normal and the other is a dream company. Normal companies offer package maximum of 6 LPA and dream companies offer more than 6 LPA. Placements: VJTI boasts the best placements from top-notch companies like Google, Microsoft, Samsung, etc. The highest package is 48 lakh from Rakuten. The lowest package goes around 2.4 lakh. The average package goes around 5 lakh. VJTI offers 100% placements. If you have good pointers, then you will get internships after your second year.

Placements: The placements for the batch were at par with the best textile institutes in the country. The entire batch was placed and big names like Reliance industries, Raymond's and many more had visited the campus. The summer internships weren't a compulsion at my time in the institute, yet the professors helped all the students showing interest to get an internship at an organisation of their choice.

Placements: I will be talking about IT and computer branch only. The placements are good for IT and Computer department. There is 100% placement for IT and computer every year. Some of the highest packages for this year is 20L by Microsoft, 17L by Infosys and 16L by Morgan Stanley and Samsung. The average salary is around 5-6L. The lowest package is around 3L. Placements: Placements are good only for IT and CS, where you can get a 10 lac+ package if you maintain good grades. However, for the other branches (telecom, electrical) you can land up with a 6 lpa job in the core sector. The jobs for mechanical and civil are not quite as good and the average package is 4.5 lpa.

Placements: A wide variety of companies came to VJTI for the internship as well as placements during my batch. Different manufacturing, construction, software/IT services and products, automobile, public sector, banking, consulting firms and multinational companies visited the campus. The average package is around 7 to 9 lakh per annum, but for core branches like production, mechanical, electrical and civil, it is not that much. It's around 5 to 7 lakh per annum. But here in VJTI placements, you will definitely get one if you maintain your GPA greater than 6.75.

Placements: A very intensive learning as they encourage a lot of external competitions and workshops. We can interact directly with IIT-B for various events and opportunities here. VJTI is an esteemed autonomous government engineering institute located in Mumbai. The campus of this college is so huge that one might get lost initially. The buildings are old.
