I suggest every student to study in this college.

Placements: From the 7th semester on, the students are eligible for campus placements. There are a lot of companies, both core and non-core, that visit the campus and offer placements to eligible students. Some companies that visited the campus are Amazon, Cognizant, Accenture, L&T, etc. The percentage of students getting placed is very good. Mainly in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, the percentage is above 92. Whereas in branches like mechanical, civil, and mining, the percentage is between 85 and 95%. My ...

The best college in Maharashtra.

Placements: Our college is known for its placement in Maharashtra. We have a huge alumni network; they give referrals to our organization. But I feel one missing thing is that core companies visit in a smaller number. If you are from any branch, at the end of the day, all are placed in IT companies. I placed it in Cognizant. Many companies, including Cognizant, Atos, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, and TCS, participate in campus drives.

Good placements & best college life.

Placements: The top achiever in our class secured the best placement with a 100% success rate. Personally, I was fortunate enough to receive two placement offers and I decided to accept the offer from Tata Steel as an Operation Engineer. The highest salary package offered is 30 lakhs per annum, while the average package stands at 7 lakhs per annum. Notably, Tata Steel, SRJ Steel, JSW, and other prominent companies are the top recruiters in our institution. Additionally, we were privileged to receive numerou...

Nice hostel infrastructure. Love it.

Placements: The placement office offers multiple job opportunities to students. The college has over 100 companies visiting for recruitment annually. It is important that students start visiting the office and registering themselves during the 3rd year to get regular placement-related updates. The average annual package is around 3LPA to 5 LPA. The highest package was around 14-15LPA. The Computer Science department's students have the highest placement percentage, with over 80% being placed every year.

Review of Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute - VJTI Mumbai.

Placements: Placement regarding control system is not so good, but if you have good knowledge about computer language, then there is a chance to get placed. Internship offers are quite low for CS students. If you want to do research, then it is an excellent platform for research students.

Really good college with lot of potential.

Placements: Only one student out of seventeen was placed in campus placement. Although others got offers on their own. Average package offered is 3 lacs. Top recruiting firms are production based and supply chain management based. Almost everyone can get an internship if they are willing to. Sometimes it may take a few weeks.

One of the best institutes to pursue engineering degree.

Placements: As I was doing M Tech. There were not many companies who visited. But for B Tech course, a lot of companies visited. The placement rate is pretty good. Many software companies came. M Tech people tried on their own and now most of the class mates are placed in good company.

Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai.

Placements: We are trying to get placed the students from the college, and we are achieving this by 50 percentage. Companies like Siemens, FIAT, Volkswagon, Cummins, JSW, Larsen, and Toubro are coming for placements. Students are getting internships in this companies also. All faculty members have a good reputation and contacts in industrial which would be helpful in getting industrial exposure by internship and communication with personnel.

The college has nice labs and updated systems. Internet is provided for both the labs and separate internet is there in the library. It has well-equipped centralized OS which helps you to save your work on the server. You get your own ID and password and student dashboard for doing your assignment and your academic results as well as curriculum. It had the biggest placement in recession. The level of staff and faculty you wanted in this type of college is not available. A lot of politics may ru...

This is one of the oldest colleges in India. It is a government aided college. The old faculty members are very good but the newly joined ones are average. The placement is good for B.Tech courses but not good for M.Tech. The college has decent infrastructure. The canteen is not that big but the food served is good. Only 2 students per batch for M.Tech courses are allotted hostels in Bandra.
