Strong Placements, Mediocre Faculty: A balanced view. Overall, it's a mixed bag—great for career.
Placements: 2023-2024 saw a total of 1261 offers across various courses. The highest package offered was 44 lakhs. The companies that approached our college were Amazon, AICTE, Infosys, Adobe, HCL, TCS, etc. The placement percentage was 85%. Top roles offered in the course included software developer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Campus life is vibrant and engaging, with a wide range of activities, clubs, and events that keep students involved. The hostel offers decent infrastructure with clean rooms, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities, while the mess provides a variety of hygienic food options. The application process for hostel rooms is straightforward, and the fees are reasonable compared to the services offered. If staying off campus, localities near the college are affordable with good access to transport. The course curriculum at VRSEC is well-balanced, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications through project-based learning.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive, making complex concepts easy to grasp. They focus on providing both academic and career guidance, creating an enriching learning environment. In terms of academics, the college emphasizes a mix of traditional teaching methods and modern techniques like video lectures and seminars on emerging technologies. Good study curriculum and college life!
Placements: The placements offered are good, though we are still not placed because we are still in the 1st year. Most of our seniors have been placed with a package around 4.5 LPA. The highest package in the overall CSE department is 48 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and more. The college is associated with many multinational companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is satisfactory. I wouldn’t say it is amazing and you will love it, but I can say that it is sufficient for studying. There is a common Wi-Fi network for every department, and each student has their own login ID and password. The labs are well-equipped and maintained well. The classrooms are also neat, and each classroom has a projector, which is convenient for the students. The library has a wide range of books. The hostel has very strict rules for girls; you must be back in the hostel by 6 PM after college. The food is very average, and even if you complain, there will be a change for only a week before it goes back to normal. I suggest not opting for the hostel based on my experience.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and have good knowledge to share with the students. They are also very helpful. Most of the core faculty we had are really good at clarifying our doubts and making us strong enough to face various situations. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are not very difficult; it is easy to pass. However, if students fail, it is completely their fault because the papers are a bit basic; only in rare cases will the paper be difficult.
Other: The course has a really great future because AI and ML are going to rule the classroom. The events and festivals are comparatively smaller than at other colleges.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and placements but dissatisfied because of the food.
Placements: 89% of students got placed in top companies like Cisco, Amazon, PayPal. The highest package is 45 LPA, the average is 10-11 LPA, and the lowest is 3-4 LPA. Internships are good, but some students are offered those internships. Many students in our college are offered positions as data analysts.
Infrastructure: Concerning the course, it is good regarding the curriculum, labs, etc. A few faculty members are friendly, and some are strict. However, the hostel food is the worst; we can manage morning tiffin and afternoon lunch, but dinner at night is the worst. But the hostel environment is good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified; most of them are certified with doctorates. Exams are conducted well in our college. The syllabus is modified based on industry requirements twice a year. Semester exams are challenging; the question papers are designed to be moderate to hard.

Good college for younger generation who want the best future.
Placements: In my opinion, almost all students are placed in good packages. Last year, Amazon and Adobe offered 45 lac packages; the lowest package was almost 4 lacs, and the average was 6–8 lacs in my college. Top recruiting companies are offering 50 percent internships.
Infrastructure: In my college, there is good infrastructure (Wi-Fi) and labs that are very good. In my college hostel, rooms are very good but food is average only in the canteen. The medical facilities are not very good but sports are good.
Faculty: The facility is very good and the teaching is also good. Faculty are highly professional; they are highly professional. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and it's helpful for industry needs. Sometimes the exams are difficult; almost my CGPA was maintained at 9.30 last semester.

Review of VRSEC by shyam gowtham.
Placements: 85% of the students got placed in top companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, etc. The highest package is 45 LPA, the average is 13 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Many students in our college are taken in the data analysis sector. Internships are okayish in our college.
Infrastructure: Everything is good regarding the course, labs, etc. The majority of the faculty are friendly and supportive. Coming to the infrastructure of the hostel, the hostel food is kind of above average, and the environment of the hostel is absolutely amazing. The hotel management in the boys' hostel was also okayish in terms of responding to the issues of the students.
Faculty: The teachers were well qualified; most of them are certified with doctorates. Exams are being conducted well in the college. And the syllabus is also modified time to time as per the requirements of the outside world. The semester exams are designed to be moderate.
Other: Overall, the college is good, and coming to the interaction with the seniors: they are well supportive and there is no word of ragging in the college premises and outside too.
