Review of MBA VELS University.
Placements: Synergy Marine Group, Ebay, Ali Group India, Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket and many more recruited from our college. The average package that we received in our programme is around 5 lacs per year. In 2022, over 950 students out of 1200 will be placed on campus. This is a huge achievement. The placement cell worked very hard to achieve it. The only bad thing is that colleges do not offer any internships. The profile of the role is executive procurement.
Infrastructure: My institute has a striking feature: it is planned and comprehensive. The infrastructure provided to us includes specific lecture halls, well-equipped state-of-the-art laboratories, an air-conditioned computer training centre, a modern conference hall, a well-equipped digital library, an AC auditorium and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We have one large library with a seating capacity of 500. There is a hostel on the college side. It was decent, but the food was prepared according to food standards, including a high protein meal.
Faculty: Our teachers are high professionals in teaching. The course syllabus trained and improved our analytical skills, conceptual skills, human skills, leadership qualities, and communication skills. Also, they trained us for interviews, seminars and workshops. Exams are not difficult; they are easy, and passing is really easy. Important questions were repeated many times in the exam.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and the best chancellor.
Placements: I have completed MBA in 2019 Around 60% of the people were placed from LSM course. All the shipping company are available to recruit from vels campus. LSM students got internship from ports among tamil nadu. Many were offered as Managers, trainees, and HR with the package of 5lakh per annum.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with whiteboard technology, Wi-Fi is available and vels University provided a vast library with soo many number of books both online and offline. Vels has separate hostel facility for both boys and girls with a mineral water plant, full security with CCTV, medical facilities, special football court, and the quality of the food is good in mess to eat .
Faculty: In vels University teachers are highly qualified and with enough knowledge with the good quality. Course curriculum is fully relevant and it makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are very strict no chance to copy in examination and the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this LSM course because this is the best specialisation through the Chennai vels only provides such kind of course. Vels nakshatra, vels stars are the best events in vels University. Flash mobs are conducted regularly.

Satisfied with this college, very good college.
Placements: College has good placement facilities, with more than 80% of students being placed. The highest packages are 13 to 20 lacs per annum. The lowest packages are 3 to 7 lacs per annum. Many recruiting companies such as Infosys, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Delight offer higher packages, and some students got internships with stipends.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good in our college. The course is relevant to logistics, and facilities like Wi-Fi with a high range of 7 to 10 kb per second .The college hostel also has a good quantity of food. Sports are conducted in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in teaching. Teachers are qualified with higher education. They are well-qualified, and the teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. Students at our college are made ready. Semester exams are hard to pass. The pass percentage in our course is 68%.

No there is no such exchanges happening at the moment, but there is a tie up with MDIS Singapore and students are taken to Singapore institutions and industries for about 10 days and various other curriculum matters.
As till now there is no such foreign exchange occurring.Sometimes a tie up with MDI

Around 80% got placed before they passed out from the college.
And around 8-10 companies came for recruitment in which likes of giants like Amazon and DHL were present among them.
And probably next year college will be trying to tie up their placement along with CII, which can bring in more companie

Infrastructure is pretty good. And the placements done last year was 80% rest all went abroad and so.
Currently the college is trying to tie up with CII to come up with more placements and intern-ship from next year.
College has all basic amenities from a well functioning library to a good maintaine
