One of the best college for better placements in the market.
Placements: Talking about placement in my college, firstly our college provides 99% placement to the students. One of the best part is even average students who lack in technical skills also get placement in new startups with the lowest package of 5LPA. The highest package in my college was 34LPA. The college provides placement training from 2nd year of our bachelors.
Infrastructure: The college has the most updated labs for IoT, machine learning, robotics 4.0, and all other departments too. And we have more than 30+ canteens and cafes inside our campus itself. Most of the canteens are equipped with air conditioning.
Faculty: The college spends every student about the orientation and curriculum to students ahead of starting of semester. One of the major advantages over other colleges is that we have flexible learning, i.e., we can choose and opt the subjects we want to study in each semester depending upon our domain and our interests.
Other: I'm pursuing a BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. I chose this course because it's the most valuable domain in computer science engineering right now. My college conducts numerous events during the semester, including tie-ups with external events hosted by big companies such as Accenture, IBM, and Amazon. We also have flexi learning, which allows us to choose subjects based on our domain and interests.

Saveetha Engineering College review.
Placements: Out of the 160 students in my batch, 60% were placed at 4 LPA, 30% were placed at 6 to 8 LPA, and 10% were placed at 12 LPA or more. Companies visit the campus every semester and year for recruitment. The college provides internships that change every year, and we can choose the internship we want. In my field, data analysis and data science are most likely to be offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good, with good buildings and facilities. However, the toilets are not very good to use. There are AC units in every classroom but we are not allowed to use them. There are no labs available, although it seems they are upgrading. There is wifi and libraries on campus, but no parking for students. The college has its own hospital, so students get free consultation but not medicine. There is a sports event once a year that lasts for a week, but we don't get much time to spend on sports.
Faculty: The teachers at Saveetha are highly skilled, and most have master's degrees, with a few having doctorates. The teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum is flexible, allowing students to choose their subjects. The college offers Industry 2.0 and theory comes practical in every subject. The passing percentage is 90, with a minimum passing percentage of 50.
Other: I chose this college because AI is getting developed very highly and it has great benefits to work in several different MNCs. However, I would like to improve my course by getting more practical knowledge in AI and chosen subjects. I would like to learn more about how AI works, why it works, and where it works. My college conducts a yearly fest, and the Saveetha campus is very big. There are around 6000 to 7000 students in Saveetha engineering autonomous, and I don't know how many are in the non-autonomous section. Scholarships are provided only for caste people, not for everyone. Extracurricular activities are done every semester, such as freshmen day and festival day. Students who are interested can join.

A good college experience goes beyond buildings. Focus on the academics interest you.
Placements: Strong placements with a high placement rate, diverse recruiters, and decent average salary. High placement rate (reported 97-98%) Many recruiters (over 230 companies) Average package around u20b96.15 LPA Top companies like Accenture and Cognizant recruit there Placement training offered.
Infrastructure: Separate hostels for men and women might be available. The hostel feels of u20b980,000 per year might cover accommodation and possibly meals (check the college website for details). Hostel life can provide a sense of community and convenience, but it's important to research specific hostel rules and amenities (visiting hours, laundry facilities, etc. ).
Faculty: Experienced Faculty (uncertainties exist): While there might be a mix of experienced and less experienced faculty, some professors could be excellent educators. Searching professors beforehand is recommended. Essential Amenities Nearby: The colleges location might provide easy access to important amenities like shops, restaurants, etc.
Other: Infrastructure: It seems the current building might not be as good as the previous one in terms of infrastructure. Social Life: cultural events and activities are good, which can be a great way to meet people and have fun outside of academics.

Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai review by a lateral entry student.
Placements: The students who have no standing arrears will get placed. The highest package was 40 lpa, and the lowest is 3.5 lpa. JP Morgan, Microsoft, Zoho, Dell, and Intel are the top recruiters. Network security engineering was some of the top roles in my department. I chose cybersecurity department.
Infrastructure: Wifi is slow but other facilities like licensed software and robotics equipment are good. The hostel is very good in terms of stay but food is average. The meal is three days non-vegetarian per week; only vegetarian is unlimited and non-vegetarian is limited for students. Chicken is served with skin; the workers eat the nice pieces.
Faculty: Yes, the faculties were very friendly and helpful to guide the students since it is flexi learning. There will be much confusion among the students; they will attend the call in anytime to clarify the doubt of ours, and some staffs will threaten to mark absent while I am present in the class.
Other: I chose this because of the flexi learning systems and the way they conduct the internal exams; there are only 1 internal per month and there are 2 internal for the semester. And Celenza fest is very good and they bring more celebrities every year.

Placements: Actually, I am currently pursuing my second year in this college. When I asked my seniors about the placement drive, they said it was very excellent here. They organize straight placement training for up to 30 days without holidays during our 6th semester itself.
Infrastructure: Everyone knows that Saveetha Engineering College is known for its infrastructure, with well-equipped platforms and very neat and clean classrooms. There are many more laboratory facilities provided by our college, which makes a remarkable note. It is worth studying here for the infrastructure.
Faculty: Saveetha Engineering College offers a credit-based flexi learning facility where students can choose their desired weekly timetable and select their favorite staff at their convenience. They can also withdraw and re-enroll in the same course in the upcoming semester.
Other: They organize a national-level symposium every year called "Drestein," which lasts for up to 2 weeks.

Placements: Placements are not good. Most startups and edtech companies visit our college. The role offered is a business development executive. They call students to sign up for the course. The average salary package offered is around 3.5 LPA - 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The library is extraordinary. It has 2 floors. It is designed like a boast named Sail Library. There are Wi-Fi facilities. Our classrooms are air-conditioned. Our canteen is well-maintained. Students can get good food from the specific canteen. The sports ground is well-maintained.
