Review of Vivekananda Institute of Technology and Science.
Placements: In our college, only 20% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, etc., visited our campus.
Infrastructure: Our college provided excellent infrastructure. Classrooms were spacious. The library was huge. Indoor and outdoor games were available. Wi-Fi was not available. Practical labs were well-equipped. A hostel is available only for girls. The hostel facilities were average.
Faculty: The teaching quality was average. Our teachers were good and knowledgeable. Semester exams were easy. The pass percentage was 80%. Teachers actively encouraged students' prospects, emphasizing the importance of self-dedication.
Other: Extracurricular activities were held.

I am certainly dissatisfied with faculty members, laboratories and placements.
Placements: About 5 students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month. The top company which visited our college for our course is Moksha Motors, and the top role offered to the students in our institute is a technician. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. About 15% of the students got an internship in NTPC Ramagundam.
Infrastructure: In our institute, there is a huge computer laboratory, many classrooms, a library and a digital library. The college management does not provide the hostel, but for girls, there is a hostel which is nearest to the institute. They offered an average quality food.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified and knowledgeable, but some lecturers are average as compared to other lectures. Teaching quality was not that bad. This course curriculum is relevant, and it will make students industry-ready with the gained knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is my ambition to become a mechanical engineer. I wish the college to increase the number of industry visits to explore the knowledge of students and to update with the universe. The college conducted seminars, events and extracurricular activities.

The college is good to pursue mechanical course.
Placements: There were no placements for our senior batch students. The college didn't provide any placement opportunities for the students of mechanical and civil engineering departments. Some students got selected, but none of them has joined the companies. The lowest salary offered was about Rs. 6,000 per month and the highest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. The college didn't provide internships. The roles offered were data entry and BPO.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in all departments. The mechanical and EEE departments have the best equipment. Classrooms are good and spacious. The library is huge and has all the books. Medical facilities are not provided. I have faced some issues related to the infrastructure.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are not highly experienced, and they won't support live projects. Classroom sessions are good. Industrial experience is not provided during the academic year. Practical experience is not provided in the college. Teachers are not much qualified and experienced.
Other: Fests are conducted in our college, but sports activities are not encouraged.

Good college for B.Tech people.
Placements: Placements were not provided as expected, but some small companies showed up in placement programme. Many students got selected, but only a few of them have joined the company. Many of them rejected the offer due to less salary and due to backlogs. Overall, the placements are okay in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is also okay, but the faculty are bad as no one in our college is a PhD lecturer as of now. The labs are also okay, and classrooms are also good. There is no Wi-Fi, and also mobiles are not allowed into the college if they are found they are not returned.
Faculty: The faculty in our college are not good. There are no PhD professors in our college. There are no proper class timings. There are only JL to teach students. The faculty of every branch is as mentioned above. There is no proper teaching, no proper response from faculty and there is nothing good about faculty.
Other: Fests are organised pretty well.

I am satisfied with the faculty members.
Placements: In an academic year, 20 to 40 students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Ashok Leyland is the top company that visit our campus. There are a few companies that are offering placements in our college, and not many students are interested in campus placements.
Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We have a peaceful and large library. Classrooms are good, and all the labs are not perfect. But some are working good. Canteen and sports room are great. But there was no ground. We are a bit disappointed because we have only a sports room.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are M.Tech qualified, whereas some are PhD holders. They are very helpful and knowledgeable teachers. The course curriculum is relevant, and they make students industry-ready. Teachers are like good friends for students.
Other: I opted for mechanical engineering because it is the best. The college needs to improve labs. Fests and events are held on campus.
