NIFT 2025 - Tips to Prepare for GAT paper
The GAT paper will carry 30% weightage. To prepare for the paper, follow these steps:
- Carefully go through the exam pattern and syllabus - The syllabus for NIFT 2025 is available now on the admission portal. Download the syllabus and topics to prepare for the exam. Likewise, consult the exam pattern given in the information brochure. The NIFT 2025 exam pattern will outline how questions will be asked in the entrance exam, the difficulty level, the types of questions asked, the marking scheme, etc.
- Make a study time table - The study timetable must be prepare by consulting the syllabus and how much time it will take to complete it. You need to pay extra attention to the difficult topics. Also, note that some topics will carry more weightage, and you need to note it when making the study plan.
- Solve sample papers - You can download NIFT sample papers from the admission portal. By solving the sample papers, you will get to learn the types of questions asked, the difficulty level, weightage of questions, scope of the syllabus, etc. Sample papers can also help you improve time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Take mock tests - You need to take the mock tests closer to the exam to get yourself acclimatized with the exam. Mock tests can also help you fix silly errors.
